It is very rare that I write any reviews about places I have been or stayed at but the Aaron House Stud Farm in Newmarket Suffolk deserves the praise. We only stayed the one night whilst attending the Horse Racing at Newmarket but as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Fran and all made to feel very welcome.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a wedding and it was lovely. Beautiful setting on the working stud, the couple really welcome you into their home while also letting you come and go as you please, and the bedroom was lovely, with lots of space, lovely furniture and importantly a very comfortable bed! Only negative really was the bathroom... More

We spent two nights at the Arran House Stud Farm when we attended the Newmarket open day. We had a lovely immaculate room and ensuite, and the welcome we received from Fran and Walter was second to none. The heated pool was absolute bliss to use and we loved being surrounded by the mares and foals.

The only glitch was that we had made reservations a year in advance and they had not recorded them, so we had to stay the first 2 nights somewhere else. But they compensated by giving us one night free, and by driving us to and from the wedding venue, so... More

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a weekend stay at Arran House. The couple that run the b&b are extremely welcoming and very relaxed. Made us feel right at home and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! Good location if going to the races, we will definitely be visiting again!
