Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Granary exceeded all our expectations. Everything about our stay was perfect and our hosts, Leah and Julian, could not have been more welcoming and kind. They served us a magnificent breakfast each morning. The room was lovely, the bed comfy and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Can’t wait to go go back!

Love The Granary! Fabulous hosts, fabulous place and fabulous breakfasts. Nothing is too much trouble for Leah and Julian to ensure that our stay was a lovely one. The room was bright, cosy and warm with everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing, with Leah’s home made granola, yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast, home made jams, juice from their apple tree and fresh eggs from their own hens. On the day of our departure we had pancakes, what a treat! We can’t wait to go back again! Thank you for a great stay and for the suggestions of places to visit :)

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at the Granary. The room was so big, stylish and spotless. Wonderful, comfortable bed - we had the best nights sleep as it was also very quiet and peaceful. Julian and Leah were the perfect hosts, friendly, very welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts, fresh fruit, gorgeous home made granola, fresh eggs, delicious bread, homemade preserves and lovely warm croissants. Perfect! It was all the little extras that made the Granary such a special place to stay - we’ll find any excuse to go back! Thank you Julian and Leah

Lovely bed and breakfast with the rooms accessed directly from an informal garden / orchard, where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast. Julian and Leah are relaxed welcoming hosts. Ten minutes from Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo

Thanks so much for taking the trouble to write a review. We do enjoy hearing that our guests had a relaxed stay. Leah works so hard on the detail, and we are lucky to be so close to Sutton Hoo.

An absolute gem. A small B&B with just 3-4 rooms, setting in a small private ground of a lovely barn conversion. Rooms are very clean, spacious and thoughtfully laid-out with lovely charming decors. Breakfasts are served in the room although we were lucky enough to have lovely sunshine to enjoy our breakfast in the garden. Julian the host and his wife are warm and welcoming. They made us feel at ease and comfortable during our stay. Definitely recommend this place to others.

Thank you Baoha, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay, and brought great weather with you. Just for the record we only have 2 rooms, but one day we might convert my office, but not while I'm still working hopefully.

Leah and Julian made us very welcome, and very much at home, as we stayed a week in their wonderfully spacious Orchard Room. Being blessed with amazing sunny weather, we loved our 'Alfresco Breakfasts'. Leah had a great range of culinary delights, and sitting looking at the orchard with the hens busying around we felt like we were in another world. We found the location good for Woodbridge, and for sight seeing further afield, and even after a weeks stay attractions still remain for us to return and explore. We were looked after like Royalty, and Highly Recommend.

The Orchard room was perfect for our overnight stay. Wonderfully welcoming host, very comfortable bed (we’ve experienced a lot of poor ones) but this was lovely. Feather duvet and pillows -perfect! Breakfast we simple, delicious and so beautifully presented and such a welcome change from eating too much! We had 1 Blue egg and 1 double-Yolker! we will definitely return as often like visiting this area.

The hosts are very very welcoming and hospitable. We stayed in the Orchard Room which is large, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with large walk in shower, large heated towel rail . The breakfast is superb with fresh fruit etc all as their web site and so tastefully presented. The rooms are quiet and the whole property is situated in a very quiet rural area. We will return whenever in or near the area.
