We had to change our plans for our first wedding anniversary at the last minute and found a good deal at Denbies, so headed for an overnight (and wine tour). Maria was incredibly welcoming and had a card and flowers waiting for us in our room, which was a lovely surprise. She also arranged a taxi and dinner reservation for... More

It's the little things that matter - like having a fan in the room on a hot and sticky day, fresh milk for your refreshments with a quality choice of beverages. Well furnished rooms and great breakfast. One of our fellow guests had a birthday and came down to a card and homemade compote at breakfast. You are made to... More

Myself, my partner and our 3 year old daughter decided to take my gran here for a special birthday treat for one night. I cannot fault the experience at all! The setting is beautiful, the b n b is situated right at the bottom of a fantastic vineyard, and whilst sat in the lovely garden with the sun setting on... More

We only went for one evening - to coincide with an event at the Wine Estate. We expected it to be good but those expectations were greatly exceeded. Great staff, very clean & tidy, very well appointed rooms that are modern and fantastic views over the vineyard. The breakfast was excellent and, of course, the location is superb. We recently... Like most B&B's - it is the way you are treated that matters most. This was/is a farmhouse - and so we were not expecting modern luxury with high end furnishings and decore. Here we had attention to detail, extra friendly service and a problem solving approach that overcame the small issues. We had 2 nights here. The first night... More

After an incredibly stressful day flying up to and back from Newcastle and looking after my dying father in law, I really needed a warm welcome and a comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately I got neither. I had arranged to arrive late and got there at 10.15. First of all there were no glasses in the room and the manageress,... More

Lovely setting, quiet nights, excellent walking and good breakfasts in a lovely conservatory. Maria was a very helpful host in all ways. Too bad the estate's main restaurant, which is reputed to be quite good, was closed on weekday evenings but the walk to Dorking for supper was delightful. Never did get to try the estate wine!

Charming little cottage in Dorking, smack bang in the middle of the vineyard. Maria was a wonderful host the 2 days we stayed here and was very welcoming to our crazy group. Selina was very friendly and delivered great service at breakfast each morning. I stayed in the spacious and rather comfortable room 6, which was well stocked with tea,... More

I will definately come back to the unique little B&B, I booked in about 6pm then went for a lovely long walk around the estate, fab views - as the sun set over the vines I could have been in France. Lovely friendly staff - lady serving breakfast was adorable, the breakfast with local produce was really fab. The accom... More

Five of us who meet every year have just spent three very comfortable nights at the Farmhouse. Interesting setting next to the vineyard, cafe, gift shop, art gallery etc. Top quality with a wonderful breakfast and a dinner cooked especially for us. We couldn't have asked for more.
