The service was really good, leuis gave the. Best welcome and a good service from him, enjoyed the food, the room was very nice pillows are very comfy and room service are perfect , the drinks was very nice and fresh, the place feels like home, and reception gave us best welcome when I have checked in, the room was warm and not cold

Very nice and comfortable hotel, where we spent 3 nights in authentic British style. It’s also located in a very good position. Our room was very cozy. The staff was nice and kind, Arvi certainly was: always smiling and welcoming, he also helped us carrying our suitcases upstairs. And especially nice with us was Ela, the waitress at breakfast. Delightfully pleasant, she took great care of our needs and my intolerances. We absolutely recommend this hotel.

Last minute booking as needed to be in the area at short notice. Was met with outstanding service all round upon arrival which was welcomed after a stressful journey. Just the right balance between being attentive without being overly obsequious. Room was very comfortable and room service responsive. Lovely meal and they have obviously invested in the place recently. Great value for money and will certainly visit again! Thanks

The front manager, Joyce, was the best hotel employee I've ever met. From Gatwick Airport, Bueling Airlines' flight to Valencia was canceled and went to Guildford, which was not scheduled. Thanks to Joyce, who was so kind, the impact of the cancellation of the airport flight on the same day was somewhat alleviated. The hotel was really clean and the radiator worked well, so the room was warm. Breakfast was buffet style, but British breakfast was delicious and satisfying And the location was close to the center, so it was good to go around and take a walk in the park It was especially nice to be able to eat at a Korean restaurant Hanki. It was the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in England

We will not return. It was booked by travel company we used. We will tell them never to book this dump hotel. Narrow stairs. Expensive bland food. Ell in reception was the wort one we came across. Avoid

I am at somewhat of a loss to explain this review, Mandolay is an independently assessed 4 Star hotel, with AA Rosette accreditation, and numerous industry awards to our name. It is clear that you did not find the experience enjoyable, but as the review was left anonymously, and without detail I am unable to respond, other than to highlight the points made above regarding our Star rating etc.

Welcoming hotel, easy parking. Arvi on reception was very helpful. Very convenient for a stroll into the central shopping area. Rooms are comfortable and well lit. Nice bar and a healthy buzz create a good atmosphere.
