Hi Jeeza81 I am really happy to answer you on here. Yes I am the new manager have now been here for 3 weeks. I agree the cleanliness of not just the rooms but the whole building s very important. I am currently making some team changes and hope this will improve things in the coming weeks. Again accept my sincere apologies that your stay was less than satisfactory.
