Visiting family, arrived by train very easy walk from the station to Premier Inn and great for some retail therapy at Fenicks, Metro Centre and a trip to the cinema. would certainly use again next trip.

OK Hotel, with good beds. Stayed at this hotel for two nights in December 2015, The hotel is pretty basic but the service in the reception was good, and we hat two nights good sleep in good beds. The room were quiet (7th. floor), all in all OK.

Always a friendly, fuss free welcome here. Love to relax in the bar for half an hour after checking in. Bedrooms and bathrooms definitely need a makeover, although this could be on the cards as the new Premier Inn in Newcastle opens Feb. On our last trip we stayed at Holiday Inn Express and although it was much newer, we...

Stayed on Fri 4th Dec as had tickets for Chris Ramsey at city hall. Location is ideal for every thing in city centre. Price was brilliant. Hotel is decent but. Access to car park was tricky. Room was smallest I had stayed in for a premier inn and made getting ready interesting. Bath was small. With it being very windy...

to be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but my room was pleasant, nicely heated, excellent bathroom and the bed was a dream, so comfortable, wonderful duvet! I never sleep well in hotels, but this was bliss . I am thinking of selling my house and living in Premier Inns....no kidding! The service in the restaurant was excellent, very caring. I...

Stayed here on the 7th floor. It was windy the night I stayed and all night, a loose panel to the outside of the building banged as if someone was slamming a door. The room was pokey, tired and cold. However, the breakfast in the morning was excellent but didn't make up for the terrible nights sleep.

Staff was very helpful, very attentive to our enquiries. Always with a smile on their faces, they were prompt to help us in any way we needed. Breakfast was great even though its a little bit pricey. The only complaint I have is the lightning in the room, too dim! Nevertheless, great stay, would recommend!

This is a friendly hotel in a great position for exploring the city of Newcastle. It is almost always busy and as a result there are signs of wear & tear in places. Rooms could do with freshening up, but are fine for a couple of nights. Very popular with Stag and Hen parties. Note, I have stayed here on...

We picked this hotel because it was near the center for shopping but far away so you wouldn't here the party animals. The staff were great, they saved me money on parking and money on drinks at the bar. Everything I asked they help me with and more. The room was small but you only clean yourself and sleep there...

Nice hotel and clean as well. If you are a group of young people then this is the place to go, it is a 5-10 minute walk to all the busy nightclubs. Really enjoyed my stay! The only downfall was the restaurant, it wasn't the best so I would recommend going somewhere out in Newcastle. (Cheeky Nando's ;-) haha)
