We selected the place based on location. We'd requested a double room but got a twin, which overall looked a bit shabby. There was no soap in the handwash dispenser or shower dispenser. Requested this was restocked when we returned to the room later, this didn't happen. Had to return again and was given only one small bottle from a...

Lovely clean and tidy room. Bed really comfortable and no noise at night. Booked for myself and a three year old and they set up a single bed in the same room. (another well known hotel chain didn't provide this when I stayed with them and sharing the bed spoilt the holiday) The staff were amazing...so friendly and helpful and...

Hotel is clean. Booked a triple room and I had the "pleasure" of getting the pull out bed. Thankfully I'm not bigger than 5 foot 3" as I would've struggled to fit in that bed otherwise! It was very uncomfortable too. We came back to the hotel after 2am and the reception area was full, even though the bar no...

Stayed here for one night and it is about a 10 minute walk from Manors train station, Check in was quick and effortless. Room was standard travelodge style. As for eating out there is only an indian buffet next door.

2 night stay costing £50 which was excellent value for money. Yes, noisy with revelers in and out from their nights out, but I am led to believe that this is what is expected from this hotel. Don't come here at the weekend if you are expecting anything else. Bed was comfy and bathroom was acceptable. No complaints.

I feel compelled to write a review to try and balance some of the more negative ones. Perhaps we were lucky to be staying on a Wednesday night as opposed to the weekend as we encountered no problems at all during our stay. I booked well in advance through the direct Travelodge website and got a fantastic deal of £28...

This is a basic travelodge in a good location, within easy walking distance of restaurants bars and shops! The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy, a comfortable bed. It has a bar and breakfast facilities, with tea and coffee making in the room. Was fine for the price.

Awful stay with awful service. We stayed on a Friday night and weren't expecting the hotel to be anything special, but compared to other Travelodges this was abysmal. Although not the hotels fault, the car park was terrible and unbelievably tight - if you've got a big car I'd recommend parking elsewhere and walking to the hotel. It appeared to...

As usual, clean, comfortable room, warm & cosy on a cold winter's evening. Very close to most of the main tourist attractions. Room 95 has stunning views of the Tyne Bridge! Our second stay, I can heartily recommend Travelodge.

When you read the reviews of this hotel you'll see people complaining about the noise. I was there for work and staying on a Thursday night on the "business" floor and I was woken up twice at 1am and 3am by noisy louts. And again, this was a Thursday! Other than that, the room was fine, the staff were friendly,...
