we had a small triple room with breakfast included. We found the hotel good value for money, clean and particularly polite reception staff. We made use of the free parking at the rear of the hotel. The room we had was at the front of the property a little noisy with light pollution as well but the blinds proved adequate....

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy rooms filthy public / common area. Room states small double but should be listed as a single. Staff were never at reception, we were never asked if everything was ok. I was expecting minimal for a budget hotel but to be given a room without a working toilet flush is a...

Nice clean hotel in a good location for bars and restaurants and 5 minute walk from the Metro. Continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and beans if you want something hot. No lift which could be an issue if you had poor mobility and were on the 4th floor as we were. Really friendly helpful staff. Room quite small with wet...

Hi All, It was our bad luck that due to the Bank Holiday Rush ..... This hotel was the only option for us to book while travelling from Newcastle to Edinburgh. The only good bit about this hotel was that it has parking and some nice cafes & restaurant nearby. The bed sheet had stains, the flush in the toilet...

Great value for money. Customer service excellent, very helpful reception. Rooms although small are well equipped and tastefully furnished. Shower is a 'wet' room and modern. Hotel does B&B in the form of Continental breakfast but no hot food. We used the hotel for an overnight stay and would certainly return. Dining out is easy. Short walk to the metro...

A bad stop-over to an otherwise wonderful city. It was definitely a bad decision to stay at this hotel. Our room was not in a state where you welcome new guests. The management should have done a basic inspection check before handing in the keys to us. Especially, if you are travelling with a 2+ year old child, you really...

I booked a room here for the night after staying in the George hotel across the road for 1 night which was terrible!! but this hotel was much better. It was clean and quiet just what I wanted 👍🏻 There was an issue with a leaking shower but the manager was more than helpful letting us use the shower in...
