Dear MMW72, Thank you for the recent review of the County hotel. We are looking at an extensive refurbishment in the near future and much of the hotel has been recently refurbished including our stunning west wing bedrooms. I am disappointing to hear some of the maintenance issues you suffered during this recent visit, i have spoken with both housekeeping and maintenance respectively to ensure these problems do not happen again. Thank you for your kind comments regarding the staff, i will pass this onto the team. Warm Regards Andy

Yup - went to one last night, albeit it was pitched as a George Michael tribute night. The Festive events are great fun and good value. Good bar, service excellent.
