Great check in/out service. Stylish rooms. Can be noisy on a night and food below par for dinner and breakfast. Ideally located off A19. Plenty of parking. Starbucks onsite which is ideal. Electronic invoicing.

Booked this hotel for £25 as part of January sale. We were going to the theatre in Newcastle and location excellent. No problems whatsoever except for the lift not working and as they were waiting for a part didnt look like it would be for some time. Staff, room breakfast etc all excellent.

Hotel has great facilities and when staying on a deal is much cheaper than anywhere in town although if u don't have a car u will have to get a bus which takes 25 mins or pay £15 for taxi one way. Beds very comfy and large TV was a nice touch.

Hard beds, and dusty rooms. Breakfast was average and we had to queue in the morning to get seated. Nothing to do around the hotel but nit far to the town centre in the car. I probably won't stay again even though it was probably acceptable valuse for money at 25 pound a night

Cleanliness in resaurant was terrible, tables were being cleaned with a dry napkin. Old food was visible under lazy suzy on table. Not acceptable. Would have been nice if reception staff could have given out info on how to get into town without using taxis which are costly, bus service was excellent from right outside hotel and at 2.65 beats...

Stayed here for 2 nights last week. I use Village hotels often and this time I was disappointed. We were placed in a very run down accessible room (when we have no need for one). Well, I assume it used to be accessible, as the bathroom had a low sink and bars etc, but the bath was not accessible. The...

Felt totally relaxed, comfy bed,fab pillows.great lunch in pub and fabulous meal in restaurant. Very tasty breakfast, even lemon marmalade.pleasant spa treatments, couple of negatives, lift out of order, our room 102 had a wall as our view and some early hoovering in corridor. Also no male toilet facility so portaloo in carpark.

Never stayed here before, but are frequent visitors to Newcastle Upon Tyne (used to live there) so know the area. A good deal came up and so booked 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) in a club room with breakfast. Upon arrival we went to check in at the numerous free self check in computers. We were told not to. I...
