Warm welcome. Room ready. Friendly reception staff. Plenty of extra coffees read milk and sugar. Bar grill attached to the hotel. Quiet at night, ample car parking. Lovely hot water. Would stay again.

Only ten minute taxi ride from the city centre! Reception kindle organised that for us. Have used a lot of Premier Inns we even got an old fashioned key to our door! Hotel reception gentleman on arrival was very helpful, friendly and informative. Our room was larger than usual but still had all the standard PI touches! Amazing shower to...

Decent price for adequate accommodation for one night felt that communal areas needed sprucing up. Didn't need any staff assistance but were friendly. Decided against using on site restaurant as had poor reviews on trip advisor

Really good for exploring Newcastle, great location. Nice, friendly staff. Bar next door did a great variety of meals at a reasonable price. The rooms were really quiet and cosy. Nicely heated, not too hot and not too cold. Great value for money overall.

.... We stayed here for 2 nights, mostly used by workers from what we saw but very good. The pub attached had lovely food & friendly staff (most of them)..... the staff at the Premier Inn were friendly & helpful. Only downside is that it has a TINY sign to inform you it is there, because if your new to...

Great value hotel in an excellent location for Newcastle City Centre and the Metrocentre. Unlike many Premier Inns the rooms have not been updated but they are still clean and comfortable. This is our second stay at this hotel and we were very satisfied with the price and service so will be visiting again in the future

Due to the location of this hotel and the fact that there are two Premier Inns close to each other and this one has no signage, it's really hard to find (and igh impossible in the dark if you aren't familier withthe area)! Room okay but TV didn't work. We paid up from for breakfast but then they had run...

This hotel looks a poor second to its cousin across the way, but our room was spotless, very quite, the bed comfortable and the staff really friendly and helpful. we were visiting our daughter living in the centre of Newcastle and this was the best value hotel we could find. about 10-15 min drive away
