      Beautful hotel - only a short walk to the park and to Jesmond shops, bars and restaurants

      Overnight stopover on the way to Edinburgh

      We were originally meant to stay in another hotel, but out of the blue, we had a phone call to say they had ceased trading, but "Desmond Dene House" would take over their commitments, this could not have been better, the hotel is quite well...More

      Great one off hotel

      Lovely hotel. Not far from centre of Newcastle. One off - not a chain hotel. Beautiful old building with a history. Great place to stay. Food really good. Atmosphere relaxing. No piped music which was perfect. Really pretty location. Staff very helpful.
