Pleasant and friendly host, lovely warm comfortable and clean room, good shower, nice breakfast brought to your room, brilliant central location a very short walk from the RST and parking included as well, couldn’t fault this place. Ian and Diane were lovely couple couldn’t fault them very helpful in every way very clean and nice location near shops and town centre would definitely recommend to stay here we will again if we come to Stratford of your going for a curry balti kitchen is highly recommended lovely curry and friendly staff 5stars x

On arrival iain was there to welcome us. Explaining where to visit and directions how to get there. Very attentive and informative and very friendly takes huge pride in such a lovely B and B. Room was top floor and immaculate with a very homely feel. Breakfast was delivered to our room at a time that suited us which was a lovely touch. Ingredients beautiful and lots of choice. No faults in our stay here whatsoever will be back and we thank you kindly for your hospitality 👍

The place was spotless and our bathroom was across the landing which was ok for our stay for one night . And breakfast was brought to our room and there was plenty to choose from after filling a form in the night before. Ideal location for the centre of Stratford. We would book this place again if we return .

Just had a Lovely nights stay at Ashgrove. Great location just a few minutes walk from the centre. Iain was very welcoming. And the breakfast basket delivered to the room in the morning was perfect :)

very nice place to stay, very close to town the accommodation was spotless in our family room and the breakfast had a very good selection enough to feed a horse, the owners Iain & Diane were very pleasant and helpful about the area for things to see when out & about also handy with the free parking facility, will definitely book again next time we visit the area. We had a very warm welcome and the parking is only 130 metres away. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. A generous and well prepared breakfast is served to your room . A 10 minute easy walk brings you to the river and town centre.

We really enjoyed our comfortable long weekend stay here. Iain and Di were both lovely attending to our needs from giving us breakfast in bed to helping us find the car park. The room was clean and it even had a fridge. The bed was so comfy! We hope to see you again soon. Many thanks.

Only stayed for 2 nights..but happy with standards of cleanliness and the couple were always happy to help whenever needed.Good experience would recommend for short stays. Very good locatio ..walking distance to town cwntre many of tourist landmarks.
