Went to this hotel today for a two night stay, it appears a lovely building. We were given room 61, decor was past it's best, handles mismatched on drawers, pubic hair on bathroom floor and mould on the ceiling! Shown to room 112, it has a bigger bed. Decor better and room was brighter. When I opened the window the...

This hotel although initially inviting, comfortable and ideally located for visiting the beautiful historic town and surrounding areas of Stratford upon Avon there were a small number of issues that proved disappointing in our stay there. The room we were given was generally comfortable but it was located above the restaurant/kitchen area that meant from 06:00am we were awoken by...

Dear Glenny280 Thank you for the feedback left on Trip Advisor amd for sharing details of your experience. Just returned from a 2 night break which should have been a wonderful birthday weekend. Booked this hotel due to location and the fact that it had a spa. The location was good and an easy walk to the varying attractions. However on returning from a busy day we went to the pool area to go in a jaccuzi which...

First impressions as you arrive are great, a stunning looking building (Certainly the front area, bar and dining area, the building where the rooms are changes to a lesser aesthetic design) , ample parking which helps you arrive relaxed, and that goes a long way, no shuffling in a tight car park or nonsense like that wondering if you went...

We stayed for 2 nights, having booked direct for a room, breakfast & dinner. The staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant. The room was comfortable, the food better than expected, the swimming pool longer than expected and (with the exception of wine prices, starting from about £27/bottle, probably the norm for hotels) the stay was good value. I would...

The front of the hotel looks impressive from the outside although on the inside its a mix of styles. Stayed for a weekend as a family in a suite in the old part of the hotel overlooking the gardens to the front. The room was large with a separate sitting room with a sofa bed for children. We felt it...

Very last minute but we chose Aleston Manor for it Tudor styling and that it had a swimming pool. The service from the staff was brilliant from start to finish, both the hotel and room was spotless and beautiful. We had a great dinner and breakfast. Very much look forward to going back.
