What a great place to stay! We stayed because we were attending a ball at a near by hotel. Unfortunately the hotel didn't have any accomadation left and so we booked into the Ingon Bank as it was so close by. We were so pleased that we did stay there instead of the hotel. The service was excellent; friendly, extremely...

Stayed here just one night just to have a day in Stratford.Very friendly hosts making us feel very welcome and giving advice (when asked for it).Our room, in fairness was a little on the small size and the en-suite 'compact' ! However, very comfortable bed and everything spotless.Breakfast was superb - really well cooked and substantial full English. This is...

A professionally and friendly run B&B perfect for a visit to Stratford. Great hearty breakfast with a clean and well presented room to spend a pleasant comfortable night. Easy to find off the main road and lovely to wake up to the sound of songbirds and no light pollution.

Highly recommend. The couple who run this are lovely honest people and go the extra mile to help. We even left behind a gift voucher but they called to tell us we had. Very friendly, laid back and welcoming. Went out of their way to help and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Nice clean rooms and a good breakfast....

We were looking for a farmhouse B&B near Stratford-upon-Avon for one night in July and this ticked all the boxes. It is a charming, historic building with half-timbered walls, creaking stairs and surrounded by fields of bleeting sheep, to lull you to sleep. Sue and John's full english breakfast was everything you would imagine a farmhouse breakfast to be -...

We found this B&B by chance as it is a couple of miles outside the town. We can recommend it as prices are ok and our family room was excellent, large and clean. It is a true farm and you can walk on their land and join a few trails around, one very nice on the Welcombe Hill. Amazing sunsets...

This B&B was fantastic. Charming, quiet & cute. The breakfast was great. My daughter especially liked the sheep in the pasture. It is located close to the city for quick access to everything you need. A great place to stay in Stratford upon Avon.

We received a warm and personal welcome to the over 200 year old farmhouse. Our family room was spotless, cosy, with a high, modern standard, bags of charm and character and great views of the surrounding countryside. We were only 5 minutes short drive to the city centre, so peace and quiet in the heart of it all. Breakfast was...

Thank you Sue and John for sharing your home with guests who are lucky enough to stay with you. Beautiful old farmhouse with lots of "features" charming rooms, comfortable beds and good food. A special thank you to John for keeping me calm on the morning of my son's wedding!
