Tinywoodhomes was born of a desire to create a petite genre of architecture. The design form became affectionately known as “small but perfectly formed” by the creators. Attention to detail is the key with small space living. "Every millimetre needs to be considered to ensure comfort and livability.” Says head architectural designer Aidan Reeve. And thus the first Tinywood houses were conceived and constructed. Four Tinywood houses have been built thus far offering very high quality accomodation with Hot Tubs and outdoor gazebos. These sleep from 2 to 8 people. The same design principle was applied to a range of glamping pods called the Tweenies. Five Tweenies have been built with simplified appointments but still incorporating Hotubs and Gazebos. Sleeping from 2 to 6 people.

We stayed in the Copper Pot barn for a birthday weekend. 10 of us (all adults) more than comfortably fit in to the space, it’s an absolutely amazing place and all of the facilities are faultless. Had an amazing stay it’s a fantastic location close to Leamington Spa (15 minute drive - £13-£16 taxi journey) and Long Itchington (5 minute drive) which is a gorgeous village with great pubs. Radek the site manager is extremely friendly, explained everything that we needed to know about Copper Pot and replied to any questions or queries that we had instantly (we only needed to ask 1 question about the Wi-Fi password). We will definitely be returning, a perfect weekend!

Absolutely love Tiny wooden homes! This was our second time visiting and this time we decided to book Tinywood 4 as it was for my birthday.
We loved every single minute of our little brake! The room alone is just stunning! Having the tree on the wall with the branches flowing over the bed gives it such a cosy/romantic feeling.
With tinywood 4 you have your own toilet and shower attached to your cabin which was a great bonus so we didnt have to brace the cold if we needed the loo in the night! You get a little fridge and a sink with hot and cold water also. Your provided with a kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses (tumber, wine and champagne) everythibg you need basically! They even provided us a bowl for our dogs!
What i loved about tinywood 4 was the fact you get an actual bed! In the other one we had before (teenyweenie) you have a fold out foam bed. I think having the actual bed made it that little more comfortable! (The bed was extremely comfy!) It had a radiator on the wall which made it nice and cosy for when we got out the huge hot tub! they even give you a radio, some books to read and an extra portable radiator!
To cook you have a large gas bbq grill and also a fire pit which can also be a bbq. Even our two cocker spaniels loved it! There are some lovely walks which lead to pubs that are dog friendly also!
We went for two nights and were soo sad to leave! Will 1000% be booking for a third time!

Our Easter Break Stay: Tinyhome 4 . We decided to take a last minute break at Easter with our dog. We didn’t want to travel too far so we found Tinywood Homes about and hour from us. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Radek, Kristyna and Aiden (owner) They showed us around and we were aware that Tinyhome 4 had just been built and we were going to be the first couple to stay. They were very proud and we felt very lucky. The place is perfect ❤️ It has everything we could ask for and more. The outside area is a good size with a covered Hot Tub that is heated by just flicking a switch (it also has its own cleaning system) There is a table and 2 comfy chairs and then the cooking area which is also covered and consists of a small fire pit and a bbq circular tray (not grill) which has been perfect for cooking. The inside is in 3 areas: The shower/wc, the kitchen/dining area and then the bedroom. There is everything you need including a good size mini fridge/freezer and the bed is super comfy. Waking up each morning to the view of yellow fields and countryside is wonderful. We are so happy that we have found this wonderful place. The other people staying in the other houses are so friendly too. Such a nice break. We will most definitely be back. X

Perfect if you want to experience the great outdoors but still have the comfort of a proper bed at night. Two of us and the dog stayed in Tinywood 4 for 2 nights. Views were stunning of corn field. We shopped at Hilltop Farm shop which is a 5 minute drive from Tinywood and picked up some tasty food for the bbq. We also took marshmallows and skewer to toast on the fire pit. Inside Tinywood 4 the bedroom and bathroom had heated towel rails which was on all the time the hot tub was on. The tree in the bedroom was a nice touch, lite up beautifully. Small kitchen with basics. Everything was clean and tidy. Aiden greeted us on arrival to go through a few important points and walks. Pubs were about an hours walk. We drove to Duck on the pond and had a lovely meal, staff were very accommodating. We also had drinks in the Two Boats Inn but if weather was better we would have sat outside long the canal. We would definitely recommend Tinywood 4, very cute and closest we’d ever get to some form of camping/glamping.

this was a joint birthday celebration for me and my son and what a weekend we have had, turned up to a lovely welcome from Radek the site manager, then to find they had put up birthday banner and balloons in the cabin :) the cabin was amazing so clean and everything you could need, the decking outside was all enclosed for my dog and the hot tub was all under shelter so you can use what ever weather. the toilet is just outside the cabin and is very clean and warm. met the owner Aiden upon check out and he was a lovely freindly man. im so happy i found this little gem only an hour away from home, this is going to be my regular little getaway this is perfect for a family or romantic weekend away. 100% reccomend this place to anyone1

House was indeed tiny and wood. The outdoor fire was lovely and the hot tub was amazing. We had everything that we needed, it was great for a short stay, warm enough in the house and cozy out doors. It was possible to walk into town without going on any roads, and there was a good selection of pubs, eateries and stores there. Had a huge amount of logs to keep the fire going and heat the tub and the one time someone needed something they showed up immediately. Great place, would love to go back.

Went here for 2 nights after scouring the internet for hot tub getaways and finding incredibly stupid prices.
Went for this place instead as seemed reasonable and looked nice, was out the way and honestly couldn't be happier with the results.
Nice clean area to stay in consisting of a double bed, sink, cutlery, fridge and heating with a BBQ outside that did the job even in November. The hot tub was lovely, clean and wood fired so heats up quick and provides a good ambiance when relaxing in the evening. Plenty of space, privacy and private bathroom with a view overlooking a wide open space which is farmed.
Cannot fault the hosts/management. Friendly introduction, showing uou the ins and outs of the place before leaving you to explore and relax; but were available if required throughout your stay.
I highly recommend this place... so much so that I rarely post on trip advisor but couldn't help it this time round as we were so happy with the experience.
Will definitely be back... absolutely loved it and incredible for the price. 1,000,000% recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights in Family Teeny. Just wonderful from start to finish. Communication beforehand was brilliant, a text message to ask what time we’d be arriving so that we could be met on arrival. Radek met us, talked us through the use of the hot tub (wood fired), open wood stove and BBQ, told us where was good to visit around the area, and was so helpful and friendly. The cabin itself was small (obviously) but so well thought out. The pull down bunk beds were ideal for our children, the king size bed in the mezzanine-type attic space was fun for us (if a little precarious after a couple of wines!) and the dog enjoyed her blankets on the cushion blocks. The small area for food prep was just enough to make cereal and a cuppa in the mornings, and the fact that we were provided with a sponge, hand wash, washing up liquid and a tea towel was such a lovely touch; it doesn’t happen in many places.
The setting is delightful, we walked a short way up the disused railway line next to the farm, but I’m sure that there are miles of pretty rural walks just begging to be undertaken (when you don’t have a walking-averse 2 year old in tow). So peaceful to watch the sunset over the countryside from the hot tub, or the covered dining area with a fire on the go.
A tiny, tiny “room for improvement” from my POV would be to plug the holes in roof of the covered dining area in Family Teeny, we ended up wet despite taking shelter in a shower! But, it wasn’t too bad, and we dried out in front of the fire anyway.
All in, a fun, unusual accommodation in a beautiful setting, with many places to explore nearby. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family, and hope to be back soon.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. We hired 4 of the little houses as an extended family group for my husbands 50th. Kristyna and Radek were so helpful in the build up and were able to making it extra special by decorating the place and setting up for our arrival. All the hot tubs were ready and waiting for us when we arrived and the huts 🛖 were fantastic. The kids and grown ups had the best time playing in the open fields, relaxing and using the hot tubs. Friday evening we got wood fired pizzas delivered from the Harvester Inn which were fabulous, took a trip to Hilltop farm shop for the afternoon Saturday and to stock up for a fabulous bbq, we also squeezed in a trip to Warwick castle. Also shout out to ‘Kathy’s cupcakes and more’ who made and delivered a birthday cake for us before we arrived! Perfect weekend thanks to all and highly recommend, we will be back!
