Good budget hotel. We had 3 twin rooms for a one night stay. Checked in at 1pm. Managed to get a parking space but they are limited. The check in was easy and friendly. We paid extra £10 each for breakfast and it was worth the money as it was good value and friendly girl served us and we were all happy with it but maybe some juice as well as tea and coffee would be good. Hotel is old and basic but the rooms were big and clean and the beds comfy and large bathrooms. Would stay again. Its about 15 minutes walk to the centre.

The room and location were great and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the way it was decorated. The issues started when we got into the bathroom. My wife tried to use the shower and there was the MOST awful screeching sound coming from the pipes. We would have put up with this but for the really loose shower head which caused water to spray all over the bathroom. Also the shower rail was cold and it wasn’t until the last day that I found that it had been switched off. Had the staff been more visible we could have sorted most of the faults. We were offered £50 off the bill as a gesture and this was appreciated. Overall it was not a bad stay and Warwick is so pretty that it helped. Would we return- maybe

Modern small room which was good for one person, bed was hard but nice bedding. En-suite was a good size and shower was hot and very good pressure. Breakfast is currently served when booked, I arrived Sunday evening and had to call to get my room key and was not fully explained about the breakfast situation, as well as the info booklet only giving the serving hours. This did cause some issues and really could of been handled better in terms of customer service. However the hotel is situated well for restaurants in the evening and well priced for what was on offer.

We have stayed here several times before. We booked a family room and a double room as there were two family groups. Both rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Good Value for money hotel. Whenever we are staying in Warwick we always try to book this hotel.

Have stayed here many times (15+) over the past year due to working two days a week in Warwick and will likely continue to do so. The rooms are always so clean and tidy, the beds super comfy, tea, coffee and snacks appreciated. The competitive pricing is just perfect for a frequent traveller on a budget but Castle Limes never feels cheap. I also appreciate the stress free check in process (often via lock-box). Alex and his team are always super friendly and helpful and eager to help with any special requests.

It’s in a good location less than five minutes walk to the train station. Reception was not always open but were very helpful when I needed some printing done. The room was ok a bit musty and stale in terms of air quality. That was a bit of a drawback - the lack of ventilation. I was in room 2 and couldn’t open the window - which would have been nice at night when the road isn’t so busy. There’s no air con - so air is stale. Fridge and coffee facilities was good. Bed was big and comfortable.

The place is average really. Rooms are nice and it's in a good location, I've stayed here a few times. It's an old building, very nice from the outside, just a short walk from the railway station. No lift.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in room 1. The location was excellent but that’s the only good point of this hotel. Our room was dated which is fine for the price, however it smelt very musty in the room but the bathroom was absolutely filthy, it smelt of urine with mould in the shower. We had clean bedding and towels. I’m surprised this hotel has such good reviews as our experience certainly wasn’t. I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. I wanted to speak to reception about the room and booking breakfast but unfortunately there was no one around to help, reception was empty. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel.

Central to the town, great value, clean room. Well appointed. Friendly staff. Lovely cooked breakfast with proper sausages and perfectly fried egg! Great places to eat nearby. Parking a bonus if you get there early enough. Thanks for a great stay.

Room smelt bit damp and bathroom needs some attention especially grouting round tiles. Would be good to be clearer on latest check in time and what time breakfast cooking actually finishes. (8-10 am suggests you can still be served at 10 am not that you want to be finished at 10). Friendly staff and nice breakfast though.
