Stayed here for a couple of nights in the winter and what a lovely place it is. Picturesque grounds with the ruins of the abbey and a wonderful church (would be great for a wedding), stunning building that has been looked after inside and out and a calming ambience. The staff were all great - reception, dining, bar, spa -...

We stayed in the Mansion, a fascinating place with grounds to explore. Large comfortable room and bathroom. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The food and drink was good value for money. Pleasant areas to sit and read the books available. Find time to explore the grounds and church remodelled by Christopher Wren. Ask at reception for the church to...

Recently stayed two nights which included a gala dinner for our association. Had to change rooms as first was in attic spacious but only window in roof, so no view out. Second room ok,but a bit tired and offensive feature wall paper. Furniture was an assortment from junk shops and auction rooms. Whole place looks as if it has been...

Birthday trip with the girlfriend via Groupon. 3 course meal was lovely with very good service, nice to have a guitarist playing whilst enjoying the food. Booked in the restaurant for the second night for 3 course meal again due to quality. The room was good with a view of the grounds and a comfortable bed. Close to Stratford and...

The staff at Wroxall Abbey were very attentive. The restaurant was excellent and the bar, restaurant and rooms were decked out in beautiful traditional decor and furnishings. It was also very quiet, perhaps because we went mid week, and it felt like we had the facilities to ourselves. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway. Stay two nights and do the...

Everything was perfect, i think we were lucky and the hotel was just very quiet, The pre drinks in the bar and the evening meal was lovely and not rushed and the restaurant location was beautiful. My only comment would be the gym area was not very good but we were not there for the gym, however the pool and...

This is a cosy, comfortable and relaxing stop off. The room, a suite, was large and we'll equipped. If you like modern accomodation then this quaint, historic location might not be to your taste. The dinner was sumptuous. There were 10 of us and everyone rated their food. Set in beautifully attended grounds enhanced by the remains of the abbey...

Spent one night here to celebrate my brothers 70th birthday. We were a party of 10 and had a wonderful time. it was an amazing place. The ground's, the building, the history and the rooms were all splendid. I suppose the decor was a little tired and jaded but it didn't seem to matter. We had an evening meal which...

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel in a party of twelve. This is the second time we have stayed for a family reunion. We have greatly enjoyed both occasions. The staff have always been very pleasant and polite and Reception staff always get the bill correct. The rooms are a little dated, styled in themes. We recently...
