Detailed Reviews
Park Cottage is a beautiful building and it was a pleasure to stay somewhere with so much history. The owners are extremely attentive and could not do more to make sure their guests are clued up on the local area, what to do, where to eat, and just generally being really friendly.
Rooms are especially quaint with ornaments and teddies galore. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it is definitely very fitting to the building. Rooms were all a good size and had everything you could need, including complimentary tea making facilities, biscuits, sweets, and chocolates on your pillow. There was a good amount of storage space, comfortable chairs, TV, and a desk in the bedroom we were in. Beds were really comfortable and we slept really well. Bathroom also came with toiletries and the shower was powerful and warm. We came midweek in January, so it wasn't super busy, so it was nice and quiet. There's free parking by the hotel and also free WiFi (although not a big deal for us this could be a bit hit and miss at some times).
The highlight was by far the breakfast. There was continental on offer but we all had the cooked breakfast. These were excellently cooked and the meat was clearly good quality. There was also plenty of yoghurts, cereals, and fruit on offer as well.
A really lovely stay and could not recommend Park Cottage highly enough.

We visited Park Cottage as part of our first holiday with our 3 month old baby. From the minute we arrived Janet and Stuart made us feel right at home, letting us check in slightly earlier and ensuring we had a room big enough for our travel cot and all the clobber that comes with having a baby! Park Cottage is so well presented and quirky- it was actually our first time staying at a B&B and we do not regret it.
We stayed in the Elfrida room which was just perfect for us, the bed was super comfortable and bathroom very modern - there was also a perfect wee space for tucking away the travel cot away so our baby could sleep soundly. There was lovely special touches in the room such as chocolates on the pillows, big teddys which moved position every day (we enjoyed showing Imogen where the teddy was today!) , lovely tea and coffee (plus a wee tea pot!) and a fridge just outside the room for beer/prosecco or fresh milk.
Janet and Stuart were fantastic hosts, a fountain of knowledge they gave us brilliant tips re visiting the Cotswolds and restaurant recommendations in local Warwick. Every morning Janet would set up our buggy at breakfast so we could just come down and enjoy the lovely food. They really took an interest in our visit and us and we really appreciated the kindness and hospitality on what was our first holiday as a family of 3.
We will definitely be returning to Warwick and Park Cottage in the future and we recommend anyone to stay here and you will be well looked after. Thank you again Janet and Stuart to what was a very memorable, lovely stay.
Much love, Daniel, Tasha and Imogen

It was a pleasure having you all to stay especially for Imogen's first holiday. I just love the pictures of her with the Park Cottage Bears. I have a similiar one of my son - now the ted would just reach as far as his knee! Thank you very much for your very kind review. You certainly made the most of your time here visiting the castle, the pretty villages in the Cotswolds, the British Motor Museum and. of course, Warwick itself. So pleased it went so well...Janet.

We booked just one night at Park Cottage whilst we were already away in Dorset, wanting the Saturday night somewhere to break up the journey home. Park Cottage came up and I couldn’t believe my luck!
I communicated directly with Janet over email and booked after getting a very good feeling from her very friendly and helpful emails.
Both Janet and Stuart are born B&B owners. So, so welcoming, warm, friendly, chatty, and nothing was too much trouble. We were delighted to learn that we shared some Yorkshire roots along the line too! We booked their “Elfrida” room and it is a truly beautiful room. Triple aspect too so by leaving the windows open the room was lovely and cool on one of the hottest days/nights of the year. The house is stunning with so much history. Breakfast was great, pre order the night before but timed around when you wish to dine. Off road parking is a bonus too.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s on one of the main roads but we hardly heard any room noise despite having the windows open. It’s a short stroll uphill (stagger back downhill) to the main bars and restaurants in the centre of town.
I could have easily have stayed for longer, will definitely return, and I would recommend to all

Lovely weekend away in Warwick, made all the better with our stay at the Park Cottage. Janet and Stuart were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. A well thought through choice for breakfast, and a perfect pot of tea. The b&b is only 5 min walk away from the main castle entrance and the town centre!
Despite our room being in the oldest part of the house and facing the road, we found it very quiet, warm and the bed extremely comfortable.
A very traditional bed and breakfast which we look forward to staying in on our return to Warwick.

Our first visit to Warwick and we decided to stay at The Park Cottage B & B,and we weren't disappointed,a beautiful place, full of character,it's perfectly placed just a 5 minute walk into the town and also right next to the Castle. We stayed in the Elfrida room, which was clean, tidy and very roomy. There was even a fridge on the landing just outside our door with free milk, it also had beer, wine, coke and bottled water all very reasonably priced. The breakfast was very tasty and Janet was the perfect host, friendly and helpful. If we return to Warwick we will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Warkick.

+1
I had no idea we were staying here as my boyfriend booked it for my birthday weekend getaway and I am so glad he chose this place!
An absolutely stunning cottage with two of the most friendly hosts!
The location of the cottage is great, pub just across the road, town only a 5 min walk, the castle right near by!
We stayed in the Elizabeth room and it was just lovely, original wooden beams, beautiful vintage furniture with a very comfy four poster bed, just what you would imagine a cottage bedroom to look like! They even added a birthday banner which was lovely.
The breakfast was just spot on, really delicious, thank you for that Stuart. Also, added a little extra touch of a birthday candle to mine which was brilliant haha and kindly gave me a birthday card, thank you!
Can honestly say both Janet and Stuart are such lovely people, so helpful and easy to talk to.
Would highly, HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are visiting Warwick!
We will definitely be back :-)

We have stayed at Park Cottage on many occasions now and have never been disappointed. Janet and Stuart are the perfect hosts, friendly, helpful and with lots of local knowledge. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and have individual little touches in keeping with the style and age of the building, we have stayed in Elfrida on our recent visits. The Potting Shed and Daisy Cottage are available for self catering use and are of the same high standard. Lots of choices for breakfast depending on whether you want a full English or something lighter, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs is my favourite. Off road parking is available and it's an easy walk into town or to Warwick Castle. We will definitely return again, it's one of our favourite places.

We stayed as a family of two adults and a toddler. Janet and Stuart were very accommodating and the family room we stayed in was spacious with its own en-suite, good wifi (essential for the toddler Netflix needs lol) and lovely little touches that made it feel like home.
The teddy bears were an excellent touch, my daughter loved them. Especially when we came back from a day out and found they had all ‘moved’ while we were out and were reading her book when we got in. A lovely little thought to make a magical memory for a little girl.
Close to town, easy parking and close to Warwick castle.
Excellent breakfasts and were flexible even though I forgot to fill in the form (mum brain)
Very sweet with my daughter who can be wary of people at times after the pandemic but she was very happy here and we had a great time. We will most certainly return in the future. Thankyou.

As soon as we walked in we knew we had found somewhere special. Our room was beautiful , spacious , so comfortable , with a gorgeous bathroom and a view out to the walled garden . Our host brought in tea and biscuits even though there was everything we needed to make it ourselves . So many lovely welcoming touches here. Fresh flowers and sweets and chocolates on our pillows. We had a lovely Italian meal in the square (a few minutes walk from the hotel) and back to our lovely comfy bed . In the morning our breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious . A fantastic and perfect stay . Thank you Janet and Stuart .
