Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

When I think of the word 'holiday' I think of beaches, pools and hotel rooms, not camping in a field in the Midlands!!! But my parents got a job being wardens of a campsite and sold it so well to me I relented and agreed to visit with my 3 children (8, 11 and 12) for a week at Mousley House Farm Campsite. What can I say?! MHF is what can only be described as heaven on earth. It is a beautiful site and just oozes relaxation from the minute you arrive! The tranquility of the place would have the most stressed out person melt in to a chair and forget all their worries in an instant. When I first mentioned camping to my kids, they were excited about an adventure, having never camped before. This soon turned to dread when I mentioned there was no WiFi! This has turned out to be a blessing as my children have become children again and have played together so nicely. We have all reconnected in a way I could never have imagined! So what is there to do around here? EVERYTHING!! A week truly isn't long enough to see and do all the sights and attractions close by! For national trust and English heritage members, it is a perfect place to go as there are so many in such close proximity. Some of the places we have visited are Baddesley Clinton, Packwood House, Kenilworth Castle, Cadbury World and Warwick Castle. We have been so busy visiting as many places as we could that my children begged for a "chill out" day on the campsite. Not that they chilled that much as they have all made friends and so spent the day running around playing. On a Friday and Saturday, there is an on site bar with plenty of drinks to choose from and on a Saturday night, you MUST order one of the freshly made pizzas they make as they are delicious!! We didn't partake in the breakfasts they serve on a weekend but they did smell very nice!! All the staff on site are wonderful. Obviously I highly rate my parents Mags and Alan but the other warden Marie (and her dog Bella) is so lovely. She makes you feel like family and is so wonderfully positive and happy, it is infectious! The owners Gabby and Simon are also incredibly welcoming. They have a really good knowledge of the area and gave me lots of ideas of things to do with my children. The site has good facilities. The showers are lovely and hot. They even have some outdoor showers. I did try them but it was just a step too far for me so I stuck to the indoor showers. Had you asked me a week ago what I thought to camping, I would have shot you down in an instant. Now though, I am looking forward to coming back here in a week!! I would recommend Mousley House Farm to anyone and everyone. It is perfect for couples, families or even lone travellers. It really is a place of perfection.

Went here 6.8.22 for a milestone birthday and let me tell you they didn't disappoint. The camp site is amazing, it's got a shower block, outdoor showers, toilet block and a mobile pizza hut and bar (Saturdays 4pm - 9pm). We stayed in a yurt for the first time and not only was it immaculate it had everything that you could've needed for your stay. There was a mini fridge, kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk, a curver box with all the cutlery and crockery that you would need for a group of 5, washing up bowl, washing up liquid, a scourer, dishcloth and tea towel. There is a log burner with logs and matches provided and a small electric radiator, there are electric lamps and if you are extremely lucky like we were we even had a disco ball - bonus. There are two chairs situated on the decking area and a picnic table to the front of the yurt, there is also a small outdoor kitchen area with a gas two ring burner and gas bottle provided and a barbecue. The yurts are beautifully designed with windows and a sun/star roof and insulated for extra warm in the winter, I mean what else could you possibly want? There isn't a shop on the camp site so you need to bring basic supplies but there are take away's close by who will deliver to the camp site and restaurants and pubs a short distance away by car. You can go and explore Warwick castle or Warwickshire itself or just stay on the camp site and chill, its just so relaxing you don't need to go anywhere if you don't wont to The staff on the site are amazing/exceptional they not only keep the camp site extremely clean and tidy but they also mange to tend to your every need with there wealth of local knowledge and places to see and go to and best places to eat but also its as if anything you ask is never too much and they are happy to help and accommodate and having them on site is an added bonus. I am in ore of the venue and its surroundings but most importantly the staff that run the site. I haven't stopped buzzing about the place since I got back and have already passed the details on to a couple of friends and am making plans to revisit as soon as possible. Keep up the good work you are amazing and thank you

We stayed at Mousley House Farm as 2 families for our annual camping trip for 4 nights. Nice place but a few bits needed. Negitaves: - Shower and toilet blocks are in need of some updating and more showers adding. - The power to pitches is a good distance and we needed extensions, to hire these from the site it was £5 per night which I feel is alittle too much. Would have been better with a £5 charge and a held deposit to ensure the return of the cable. Positives: - Nice quite site with plenty of room for the kids to play (qudos to the owners they could get a lot more pitches on the site but after a conversation they are keeping the nbers down to create space). - Friendly reception. - the site was generally very clean. - The bar and pizza was a nice touch on a Friday and sat evening, especially for our arrival on the Saturday. Overall a nice site and a good stay.

Really family friendly oasis near Warwick. The sites is set up so that children can play in the centre of the field with tents/ caravans around the edge. The wardens are really helpful and welcoming. Nice horse box bar and pizzas on a weekend. Everyone is friendly. A strict quiet zone is from 10 pm. No Wi-Fi but we never noticed. Dog friendly site too. We’ve had a lovely 3 night stay. I definitely recommend trying the outside shower.

Stayed at Mousley camp site for three nights July and have to highly recommend. As first trip in camper bought couple years back we were novice campers but Mags and Alan and all the staff made us welcome and helped with all the stupid things we forgot or got 😑 wrong. We had fair few mishaps with stuff not working correctly or us putting awning up incorrectly, definitely bit of “carry on camping” but we were helped to correct things and sort things without having to ask and they made the visit for us The site is clean and showers etc., all in great order, it was quiet and peaceful just could have done with bit more sunshine ☀️ but overall would recommend for anyone looking for clean and serene

We had a lovely time here, as always- we visit every year. The wardens are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast baps and coffees in the morning are a great new addition. It is nice and quiet with no noise after 10pm. I also particularly like the outdoor showers.

Ground was level and well manicured. Cute little hidden gem. Very little noise, we only stopped for 1 night, but were very happy with this site. Last minute booking as we were running behind schedule on our road trip.

This a lovely peaceful campsite set in a beautiful part of Warwickshire with great views and plenty of walks nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and the weekend bar with pizzas and breakfast baps was much appreciated. It was very hot for my stay and I really enjoyed my first ever outdoor showers! Thank you.
