Room number 558 on 4th march 2017. I was induced to book this hotel online because it had a pool and a health club. I decided to stay for 2 nights instead of the necessary one night in order to have a little break and use the facilities. I prepaid. On checking in I was informed that there was an...

I stayed as I had a massage booked with Suprina, and it was a pleasant stay. My room was lovely, big and quiet - all very much appreciated. The bed was lovely. I was able to go in and have a very good night's rest. I had a harbour view room to the back of the hotel. The shower was...

Bless it, it's falling apart at the seams. Warning - the football was on two screens in the bar and the language being shouted and screamed around was absolutely disgraceful. In front of tiny young children too. Completely unforgivable. It's supposed to be a hotel, not a third rate football terrace. They charge for the gym too. There's a sign...

I just needed a room to sleep and knew what I was going to get so I was not overly disappointed. For a basic hotel it's ok. But they really need to do some work on the rooms. The toilet seat was just disgusting. It does not cost much to change this. The mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. I never...

Nice polite staff, bedrooms clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Yes the place is tired and dreary in parts, reminded me of one the old hotels in Spain Breakfast was set out nicely. There were a few noisy morons in the corridors in the evening. Overall I enjoyed the stay so too my husband and daughter and doggie. Would certainly...

Just the one night here as a family visit. Up market from the usual Premier Inns. Not too expensive. Lots of parking spaces. Conveniently placed on the Hagley Road. Quiet comfortable rooms. Good buffet breakfast.

Many reviews will complain about this hotel being 'dated', 'tired', 'in need of refurbishment' and while this, to a degree, is true, if you want everything perfect and pristine there are other hotels you could go to ..... and pay the price for. We have just had a 2 night break, for 2 adults, including breakfast and it cost £84....

My friend ad I stayed here while taking exams at the hospital. We arrived to find the reception area full of dogs. It turned out Crufts was on the next day but we're not aware dogs were allowed or we probably wouldn't have booked as I am allergic, but not the end of the world. The receptionist was quite abrupt...

A very bad experience and never will think of staying at the Cobden Hotel again. The bathroom was mouldy, unfinished plaster work, dead wasp in the bedroom and worst of all I was bitten by BEDBUGS which I only discovered following day when I started itching. My room was changed after reporting the state of the room. I followed this...

Seriously needs attention. Shower did not work. Needed to be given another room at the hotel to shower. Grim decor, funny smells, overpriced for what it is. Only went here due to an emergency with our airbnb. Stay away until problems are addressed. Staff meh.
