Stayed here for one night in a twin room with my mum. Due to the time of year we paid £189 for one night which was extremely high for the level of hotel. The location is really good, walking distance to the station, Bullring etc and not too noisy. The room was clean, a good size and had comfortable beds....

I treated my son and his partner to a night at this hotel when they visited Birmingham to go to the Xmas market. They reported that the location, right by the station, was perfect and that their room was warm and clean and comfortable.

Comfort Inn is located very close ( four minutes by my count) to New Street Station, Hill Street leading to the new wonders of Birmingham, the new library, Symphony Hall, good restaurants, canals, barges and the older section of the city. Comfort Inns have a good name already but it was a surprise to realize its convenience and a further...

We paid £45 for a night at Comfort Inn. It's in a great location, right opposite the John Lewis entrance at New Street Station. The room, bed linen and towels were clean so no complaints there. The decor could be updated but that's reflected in the low price. The mattress showed its age but was adequate. The soft furnishings let...

Bang in the middle of the city, just across the street from the hughe central station cum shoppingcentre. A bit worn but spotless with nice and helpful staff. Good value and easy to get a single room, I've stayed there for one or two nights on many occasions through the last four years.

My sisters and I stayed one night and found the accommodation comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent as it's situated at the south entrance to New Street Station. The staff were friendly and helpful

Stayed here for one night with my mom before going to London. We had a twin room which included a double bed and a single bed, both of which were very comfy. I didn't think the room would be as nice as it was after reading some reviews but I can't complain. Everything was lovely and clean and very spacious....

This is a really good hotel for the money & everything was great until checkout. They searched the bins in our rooms before we left & they found an empty pack of cigarettes. No ash, no butts, no smell of smoke, but still seemed enough for them to refuse us our deposit back, we were then barred for smoking??? To...

So glad we only stopped one night really needs updating lots of building work going on outside so very noisy not a great nights sleep. And was hard to find with roads being closed I rang the hotel and found them very unhelpful in trying to help find somewhere to park. Will not be returning.

I booked last minute for a weekend away with my boyfriend. Following some bad reviews I wasn't expecting much but I'm really impressed with the Comfort Inn. The hotel is ideally located, right next to the train station and bullring, Broad Street is only a 10 minute walk away. We arrived slightly early, greeted by a very friendly man at...
