We stayed here after being let down by another hotel, and it was excellent in every way. The bed was memory foam, the room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was large. We would definitely recommend it if you want somewhere to stay in Birmingham.

We had previously stayed here a few years ago and as we were going to the Rep we decided that we would stay there again. Yes some areas of decor are tired but hardly an issue in my mind. The lady at check in was very welcoming and when we had a problem with our key and gaining access to...

We stayed here after a gig in the Barclaycard arena and it was an excellent choice for a hotel. The location is great and a 5 min walk from the station and the arena and round the corner from broad street. We did worry if it might be noisy from all of the partiers, but it was fine. The hotel...

I stayed here for 3 nights this week for a conference at the ICC. Positives - ideal location for ICC which is a 5 minute walk away, very clean, friendly and efficient staff and good breakfast plus the most comfortable bed and cushions ever! Negatives - maybe it was 4 stars 20 years ago but certainly not now! Very dated...

We stayed for 1 night here in January as we were attending the Barclaycard Arena. We arrived early but the reception staff had a room ready for us which was great. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was so comfy. The bar staff were very friendly and happy to help with directions. It is close to all...

This hotel is in a really excellent location for central Birmingham and the conference facilities. The bar is OK (but felt a bit pricey, even for a hotel) and the restaurant seems promising (I didn't try it but would happily have done so). The room was clean, warm and very quiet - important when the hotel is right beside a...

Hotel is in need of an update, but check in was quick & easy - pleasant staff. The room was standard double, again in need of an update. The bed was amazing, had a really good night sleep! Someone tell me where the pillows are from! Would stay again - perfect location for the Barclaycard area!
