It was a shock to the system when we saw this hotel, the photos of the room on their website bear little or no resemblance to the reality of the shabbiness of the room. One of the beds smelt so much that one of us smelt it the whole of the next day despite applying perfume. The staff were helpful,...

This hotel is good but could be great if they corrected a few issues parking very poor and over priced at £12 a night more expensive than London breakfast is poorly cooked and service below par and if you have a drink at the bar overpriced but everything else in hotel very good rooms quite clean and spacious and the...

This Hotel May of been 4 stars in the 1970's but certainly not now. Room very old fashioned, as was the bathroom which had the shower with no power. Building work going on all around the Hotel which starts early even on the Saturday morning. Traffic noise in the night horrendous resulting in no sleep even though we were on...

Although they are currently regenerating the surrounding area this is a hotel that matches it's current surroundings - grey and grim. I honestly have nothing good to say about it. It's stuck in a time warp offering a tired 70's no thrills experience. As for the Bugis Street Brasserie - avoid. The food is as bland as decor.

In my 2 night stay (for work) i had three different rooms - all of which were dreadful. The main problem being the noise. My first room (on the 4th floor), i couldn't sleep for the noise from the road works outside. Hammer drills, lorries reversing, the lot. I moved rooms at 1230am, to a room that 'only' had the...

I missed a call from the General Manager who said he would call me back re my complaint. He never called again. It extremely dirty. I had a change of room after complaining and second room was equally bad. Mould. Doors that were broken and wouldn't shut. Wallpaper peeling away. Lumps out of the skirting board. Yuk yuk. I checked...

Stayed for 2 nights on business. As already mentioned this part of the city is in the midst of regeneration- once we navigated into the hotel we had a warm and friendly welcome. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Very helpful in providing bottled water when my colleague was ill in her room for the morning. Rooms...

The hotel is in the middle of a regeneration project. Restricted pedestrian access. Very limited parking is available at £12 a night. Bedroom was quiet as long as window kept shut due to noisy ventilation plant room under window. Staff were excellent and buffet style breakfast was plentiful and good value at £8.95. The hotel rooms are a bit dated...
