Clover Spa and Hotel has a European style Spa facility where swimwear is not necessary. Guests will experience the unique feeling of liberation that naturism offers, wonderfully relaxing, invigorating and confidence enhancing. The Spa has a beautiful Aspen Sauna, foot spa, cold plunge pool, heated stone loungers, fully tiled steam room and a magnificent Hot tub on the patio. When weather permits sun loungers in the garden where you can sunbathe naked are a wonderful bonus. Two treatment rooms for beauty therapies and body massages compliment the Spa facilities along with the relaxation lounge where food and drinks are served all day and included in the tariff. Please note Clover Spa and Hotel is a most respectful place, all guests must be comfortable seeing mixed gender nudity even if they don't participate, inappropriate behaviour by any guest will result in eviction from the premises.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have stady on numerous occasions and back in February 2022 decided to go for 3 days over New Year. Told it would be good, well we were not disappointed. Had a fantastic New Year's Evening and seeing in the New Year. Great Disco (DJ Au Natural) people up dancing from 8pm. The Hot Tub, Sauna and Steam Room clean and tied as ever it is. Breakfast choice all you coild ask for, from serial to full English. Good lady had a treatment, came back, relaxed and singing the praises of the masseuse. (Nice to see her enjoying the NYE party)

Absolutely fabulous weekend at Clover Spa. I'm more of a "textile" but felt comfortable enough to join in. I had a sugar and pomegranate scrub and a Swedish massage. Both with Christa. I can whole heartedly recommend the treatments and Christa. The staff are attentive and friendly, food is good, steam room, sauna, hot tub etc etc.. all in all a really great relaxing weekend. I cant wait to return x

This was our 2nd visit to Clover and we just loved it. We were made to feel welcome the minute we walked in the door, and it was a lovely touch that all the staff remembered both our names. We were in Room 7, which had a lovely view of the beautiful garden and was so peaceful at night. We both slept really well as the bed was so comfy - unheard of for both of us! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very yummy with lots of options to choose from. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings - it was great to chill and chat to the other guests. The spa facilities are also great to relax in, especially the heated stone beds. The lounge area is also a great place to relax in, and is a great opportunity to chat to the other guests. The weather was good enough for us to enjoy a walk each morning around the lovely garden, which is so beautifully kept. We each had a treatment which we both needed and loved! My boyfriend commented on how good my skin looked after my facial. Overall, it was great to return to Clover and be able to completely switch off from the outside world and just enjoy being around like-minded people. A big shout out to the lovely staff who were all so friendly and welcoming, and who work so hard! Our third stay is in the pipeline! ☺️

We have been to Clover Spa 4 times in the last 4 months previously but was the first time we have actually stayed the night for the wife's birthday a few days before. Check in was a breeze, showed to room, unpacked what little we had brought with us, toothbrush & some sliders (flip flops) undressed, dressing gown on and down to the spa. The hot tub was so warm & relaxing, watching the planes coming into land at B'ham Airport. You meet some lovely people in the tub. Went into the Sauna, my, was it hot. We dried off in minutes to then get wet again with sweat. Steam Room, again hot & sweaty, (not through smell) The heated Loungers are bliss, so easy to fall asleep. Cold Plunge Pool, what can you say.... it was cold! If the sun's out & warm, plenty of sun loungers out in the garden. We had a salad for tea, 1 ham & 1 cheese, bootiful. Breakfast was so filling we left a little bit, cornflakes, bacon, egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, tea, coffee, orange juice. (Tim, you still not caught on with sausage after 4 in a bed) All included in the price is spa use on day of arrival, bed, breakfast and spa use on day of leaving. Would definitely stay again if you enjoy naturism or even if it's your first time. Bedroom was spacious, even though didn't spend much time in there, bed & pillows really comfortable and spacious wet room. The staff, Aiden & Martin definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to all staff, even the night porter. From Paul & Sam.

I've just enjoyed another stay at clover spa. Fantastic place, and friendly staff! Other guests are sociable so it was nice to meet and have a chat with a few. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening meal- and highly recommend the rib-eye steak (cooked to perfection by the lovely Aiden). Breakfast was also delicious. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable- I struggled to get out of bed in the morning. Everything about this place is just so relaxing. The only part I don't enjoy is getting dressed to leave. Thanks again guys, I'll be back soon :)

Managed to finally get back here! Fantastic facility, 5* staff, who must be the friendliest and most accomodating hotel staff we have ever met. The spa was amazing as ever, and the hot tub delightful. The room was lovely, with everything we needed, the bed was so comfy with very soft pillows. Thankfully on our 2nd day the weather was much better and we could make the most of the stunning gardens to just relax and recuperate. The food was all made fresh and excellent, we finished our plates every time. We cannot wait for our next visit, hopefully very soon. Thanks Tim and the team.

Clover is a truly wonderful place to be, whether you stay there because you have business or are sightseeing in Birmingham and the Midlands or whether you are a day or evening visitor just to enjoy the spa and bar facilities or whether you are able to be there all day to enjoy the lovely gardens with sun loungers, croquet, boules, chess, large outdoor hot tub with bubbles (which can be enjoyed even on a wet late evening), or the café - bar - with a good choice of food and drinks, or the dry sauna or the steam sauna. The staff are delightful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. This was my fourth stay and I look forward to my next!
