The lady added in extras when we checked out compared to the price we were quoted on phone. The bed was comfy. Shower was awful and barely a trickle. Breakfast was expensive and not worth it sadly. Whole place needs updating

Dear Mrs. Franks, I am so sorry that you and your family did not enjoy your stay. I have 3 calls registered to you, the first to make a reservation of a double room only @ £69.50 per night. Total cost £139 was confirmed to you. You then requested the possibility of a third person to stay to which I replied the cheapest solution was to change to a family room which had 2 double beds and carried a £20 per night supplement for an extra person. You later then confirmed this reservation. I informed you that there was a complimentary buffet of hot and cold drinks with a selection of cakes, biscuit and fresh fruit always available. Continental or English breakfast was also available on request at a supplement which you did not want. Your room invoice was paid at the agreed rate without issue and a VAT receipt given. You then requested to have breakfast as an extra. A range of cereals, fruits, yogurts ,toast etc, etc with a range of hot and cold drinks and fresh juice was offered as continental breakfast @ £7.50 per person and a traditional breakfast using only fresh and free range products was offered with a £3 supplement which you chose. All prices are VAT 20% inclusive. This was the only extra charged for as agreed and receipts and c/c transactions confirm this. If you had made me aware that there was a problem with the room I would have addressed it but we chatted amicably on the evening before departure without you saying anything. Regards, Norma Hanson
