Great location to ICC approx 5 min slow walk, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Expensive enough for 1 night room only stay, can't comment on food as had none. Bed comfortable, room and toilet very clean.

My husband booked this hotel on our anniversary with breakfast included. Was greeted on our welcome and shown our room. Rooms were clean and bathroom was sparkling. Breakfast could have been better with more options. Overall good experience and good service.

I was wondering what the difference was between a Hilton Doubletree hotel and a Hilton Garden hotel and I think I figured it out all by myself. Stayed at the Doubletree on the night before and this was a big step down on the Hilton scale. The hotel lobby felt like you were queuing for a ticket at Grand Central...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a work conference. All staff were professional and friendly that I cam across throughout my stay. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. The double room was clean and comfortable - although lots of street noise and no fridge! A great location for the many sights that Birmingham has to offer.

Have stayed here a few times this year for work. The hotel is in a good location, rooms are a little tired but clean. A special mention should go to the front desk staff. I was especially impressed with Ana who helped me out with some printing. She went above and beyond to help me when I found myself in...

The Hilton Garden Inn at Brindley Place is in an excellent location. Although close to Broad Street it is in a quiet location and right in Brindley Place by the canals with a great selection of bars and restaurants and just a 3 minute walk to the Barclaycard Arena. It has it's own car park but if that is full...

Basic room, decent bed, two sockets at pillow side (hurray!), basic amenities, very small bathroom, good size desk. Location: 5 minute walk to NIA and Sainsbury's around the corner. Very noisy on a Saturday night though, the noise (heavy bass and drum) of whatever party was going on downstairs travelled easily to our third floor. Understaffed at front desk at...

This is our 3rd time of staying here, we stayed here before The Hilton Group took over! and we came back as we had an enjoyable stay! We won't be staying here again, no room service,( we were to told by one receptionist that it finished at 10pm! But told the following morning a different receptionist that it wasn't available...

I've probably stayed here twenty times in the past two years. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean but get a lot of use, with business groups in and and out every day. This place is all about the location!!!

Great location for Brindleyplace restaurants and only a short taxi ride to the City Centre. Parking is limited but plenty of parking just next door in the Brindleyplace car park. We only had breakfast at the hotel but that was excellent and the service was very good too.
