We stayed for one night, the hotel is really well located with everything in walking distance, the room and hotel was clean, comfortable bed and powerful shower, we had breakfast there was plenty of choice all well presented and tasty. Would definitely return.

We have just had two nights here and have to say the staff are lovely. We had a room on 7th floor which was lovely, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bathroom has good quality toiletries provided and the linen and towels were very good too. Breakfast was great with lots of things to choose from. The waffles are huge so...

We stayed at the hotel as attending an event at the Barclaycard Arena. Was going to eat out but decided to try the hotel as surrounding restaurants, bars etc were very busy. We asked the waiter how long the food would take and we were told 40 minutes. When we got to 50 minutes we asked again and were told...

Just an overnight in Central Birmingham allowed us to spend time here. Extremely well situated - whole of central Birmingham in walking distance. Canals close by with eating and during venues all close. Unable to book parking but a few spaces allocated on arrival - excellent if tight parking bays, and secure dry underground parking with internal access to hotel....

Room was dirty and unkempt. The shower was dirty, with body fat/dirt on the tiles and the shower hose. The room walls Had dirty marks on them. The shower itself was not very hot,and had a poor flow rate.. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast, which was ok.

We stayed at the Garden Inn when in Birmingham for a gig at the Barclaycard Arena, and for the sheer convenience & proximity to the venue it couldn't be better. While the room was fine (Nothing special but fine) and the staff helpful, the 3 minute walk back to the hotel after the gig made it well worth staying!

Chose this hotel as we went to see show at the Barclaycard Arena. 15 min walk from station. 5 min walk to selection of bars/restaurants and best of all 5 min walk to either Arena or ICC Hotel normal Hilton standards. Very clean, good decor, very comfy beds and a great breakfast all at a reasonable price. Even have prosecco...

Typical Hilton setup. We stayed as we were at a function at the nearby arena. Could do with more bar staff and desperately need to start out the extortionate car park prices out.... Rooms ok and relatively quite
