The reception & cleaning staff could not have been more friendly & helpful! & explained everything to me when i arrived including the food and drink options. I would definately recommend this Travelodge to anyone who has a long journey down from one part of the country to the other as a welcome break to your journey.

The greeting we got was welcoming, the receptionist was cheerful and polite. The room was clean, neat, tidy. The bathroom was a little dated, but clean and tidy. The noise from the generator throughout the night, however, was tediously annoying and kept waking me. Departure was a less cheerful affair, with a different receptionist being quite cold.

It's a travelogue, its not luxury, but it is clean, tidy and the beds are lovely. Its easily accessible and despite being on the motorway (and our room was road side) very quiet. The staff were welcoming and I'm sure if we'd needed anything they would have been able to help. Have stayed here multiple times and sure we will...

We stayed here in December for a couple of nights in two family rooms, using it as a base for a visit to Cadbury World. The rooms were cheap (booked well in advance), clean and comfortable, and all made up to our specification on arrival with no issues. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and glad to provide extra...

Arrived mid evening on the way up north as an overnight stop. On arrival check in was short but I got the key and off I went to room 123. On first appearance all looked good. Though there was a coffee stain on the tub chair, that would of been overlooked had it not of been for the bathroom. The...

Great value but is in need of facelift to bring it up to the standard of the newer travelodges. I'm sure it's in line for this make over and will be great when it has it but with a family chipped tiles and snagging in bathroom can create hazards. We took our bichon dog with us as always and was...

Made a hasty booking on the Travelodge site. Was quoted £28 for the night, Obviously no breakfast but it was available. Was pleasantly suprised by the welcome and the room. First class for the price. Would certainly consider using the Site again

We stayed here on the 5/12/15 we arrived at 16.00! When we got there we was greeted by a lovely lady middle aged I would say can't remember her name! She was the best and nicest member of staff I have ever come across in a travelodge. She checked us into our room and then we went out to grab...

Having just stayed at Travelodge Doncaster (A1M Service Area) and given it a 5 star rating, we found we were back on earth again for the 2 nights in this south bound Travelodge on the M5. Unfortunately, the warmth and friendliness of the reception staff could in no way compensate the general lowering of the standard. Indeed if it wasn't...
