Booked the 24th floor balcony room for my friends 30th birthday. Paid extra for the balcony due to the occasion. Attempts were made to book into the restaurant but this was fully booked, even though it was weeks in advance which was understandable. We had room service in the room but again couldn't get through to order anything so had...

we had a wonderful afternoon in the champagne bar where the views are spectacular and the staff are superb. They were not phased by our 2 little girls playing while we were having a drink and the quality of service was outstanding.

I recently stayed at the Cube for a girly spa weekend break. On arrival, we were welcomed at the reception, we were early for check in, but a quick call from reception to see if our room was ready allowed us to access one of our rooms early. We then went down to the spa to use the facilities. The...

Had five rooms booked at the hotel plus dinner for 12 at the restaurant. Had pre-paid for the rooms some weeks earlier on the advanced purchase rates only to find the night before the room price was reduced by around £30 per room. It took a while to resolve this issue but in the end we reached a suitable agreement,...

It is pas 1am and I am staying on the 23rd floor (which is the lowest hotel room floor). The music from the 27th floor is incredibly loud present in my room, not just the sound, but even the vibrations. Next to my bed, the hotel has placed by default ear plugs, so I guess they are very much aware...

Very poor from start to finish. Very difficult to book, then arrange Spa and reservation at Marco's. can only check in at 3pm then have to check out at 12pm, This gives you less than a day to use the spa and hotel facilities. Hotel is more of a travel lodge on top of a hi-rise. Spa is on level...

I regularly visit IHG hotels but had not been to this one before. Fortunately I had an upgrade and I was impressed. The room was on the 24th floor with good views over the city. The room style is very modern with a vibrant green colour scheme. Room location was on the corner of the building with glass from floor...

Stayed here one weekend in September for my birthday. There is sooooo much to love about this hotel, I can't see what some people are moaning about! We recently stayed here for whilst attending a conference. The location is excellent and the view from the top was also excellent. That is where the plaudits end. Our room was very small and had a concrete pillar (about 10 inches across) right in the middle of it. It was next to the bed and made it awkward (even dangerous)...
