The hotel was perfect for us as a one night stopover - great free parking, a short walk to restaurants etc in Halesowen town centre and some of the most helpful staff I've found! I didn't hear any traffic noise in the night (and I'm not a particularly heavy sleeper!). I'd certainly recommend it as a great stopover place just...

A well maintained new build Travelodge, staff friendly, room clean and comfortable. Car parking not ideal as it'e shared with some stores below the hotel. The real downfall is the amount of traffic noise from the main road/roundabout outside the hotel.

You know what you're getting with Travelodge and we weren't disappointed! Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff were good too. Stayed here every year since they opened to visit friends and never had a problem.

I was very impressed with how clean and warm the room was on entering, the whole place was spotless. The towels were fresh and replaced whenever i needed them, the bed was cosy and fresh, i cant fault the whole experience.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable and nice and quiet. Would happily stay here again if up in Halesowen again. Asked to change to a room with a bath when arrived and staff accommodated with no problem.

While visiting family we needed somewhere easy and convenient to stay, and this was ideal: close to the motorway and within easy reach of family. Parking was no problem right beside the hotel, and free - you just had to leave you car registration with them on arrival. It was clean and quiet (unless you opened the window). The room...

Arrived at early hours of the morning were warmly welcomed and quickly and efficiently given our keys. The family rooms were made up to our specification which was critical for travelling bands need rooms that three can share and have a bed each!

Great customer service from the receptionist on arrival. Easy access, and parking. Room was clean, and bed very comfortable. Bathroom looked as though it had had a refurbishment, and towels were clean.

The hotel is situated in the middle of a one way system, but despite that the traffic noise was miniable. there is a KFC on the ground floor, also a mini supermarket and a Greggs. Over the road is Aldi. Bus stops are within walking distance for trips into city centre, which is advisable as the traffic gets very snarled...

We stayed for one night whilst visiting family in the area. The room was really not clean at all! Bathroom especially. We've stayed in many travel lodges before and this wasn't the usual standard. Disappointing.
