We were on a coach trip so got it cheaper. Looking at the prices they charge to stay here I wouldn't pay full price. Hotel creaky. Tired in places. Not a great choice on menu. Staff serving meals a bit slow. Bar staff don't know what they are doing. Room clean ok bit a bit pokey any further up we...

Very dated facilities and creaky floors in bedroom. Bathroom very shabby (no plug/ leaking shower/ broken flush). Food choice very limited. Staff did try to be helpful. Hotel situated next to railway station. Given price paid it was not best value for money.

Friendly staff, but there was no-one serving in the bar after 10 mins waiting. Rooms are clean, but dated and the beds are very soft. Not a comfortable night sleep. Breakfast was average, reasonable choice of cooked food plus the basics of cereal, toast, juices and coffee. Quite cheap price, but the quality of the nights sleep matched.

I booked the hotel to attend a family event. The hotel is 2 min. Walk from the train station, which was very convenient for me. After less than 10 minutes I was on the Bull Ring Shopping Center. The room that I used was a twin. Located on the side of the car park was very quiet, clean and tidy...

We stayed here for one night after deciding to extend our trip to the NEC to 2 days. We thought everywhere would be megabucks so were pleased to find this for under £50. It wasn't far from the NEC though I'd suggest a sat nav! We struggled getting through the front door as the receptionist was busy elsewhere (could maybe...

The person on reception was welcoming; the room was clean with new furniture and a comfortable bed. The room however was tiny with hardly space to walk between the bed and the wardrobe. The bathroom needed refurbishment. The worst part was the single glazing which meant traffic noise all night competing with the noisy plumbing. We had absolutely no sleep at...

I could not believe this place, staff on reception were completely disinterested, not one single member of staff I dealt with had English as a mother tongue so making ones self understood was quite difficult, eventually got to my room which was really really poor, shower would not turn off properly and the room was dirty and next to the...

The staff were lovely and welcoming, yet we felt they were over worked. The hotel was basic and not a play for a luxury stay, however, it was in a good location for the NEC. The room was in the basement and next to the car park, making it loud during the night. If you are looking for a bed...
