Enjoyed stay at the Eaton hotel. Approx 1-2 miles from town centre, but bus stop right outside ( £4 for all day ticket ) Good sized free car park. room plenty large enough, with tea/coffee iron & board. Bed comfy, pillows were hard. Wi-Fi was slow. Nice breakfast - plate service for cooked , self sevice for rest. Good choices....

Stayed at the Eaton Hotel for one night on business. The reception staff were all very friendly and pointed us in the right direction of how to get into the city centre Nice large room. The only complaint was the room was roasting. Checked the heating and it was off so no idea why the room was roasting. The breakfast...

The Hotel is well situated on the main artery into the city from the M5 so handy for both. Pleasant helpful staff in both the reception and restaurant. eg when the restaurant manageress showed me to a table she spotted I was carrying a book and ascertaining I might read promptly changed course to a more brightly lit table. In fact...

Friendly welcoming staff. The room was clean and tidy with white crisp bed linen. The bathroom was very nice with a good shower. We had a comfortable overnight stay with a lovely breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

The food was excellent. Extensive menu. Everything was hot and good portion sizes. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a male singer in the restaurant area and he was very good indeed. Not intrusive and he did a great job all evening. Haven't stayed at this hotel but would definitely book it if I ever needed to stay...

free parking, reasonable location good food and service. Room was roomy and quiet, welcome was warm and friendly. Breakfast was very good with excellent staff. The road outside is very busy in rush hour but away from that means travel is relatively easy.

Good working ethic, guests are looked after properly, attentively, professionally. Friendly and welcoming, smart in appearance, nothing too much trouble, approachable 24-7. Perfect. Room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented, very clean. Extra tea/coffee/milk were provided...

Stayed at the Eaton whilst on business in the area. I always use Trip Advisor to choose hotels and this one got good ratings so I thought I'd give it a go as the price wasn''t too bad either. Overall, it wasn't bad although I wouldn't say it was as good as many of the reviews suggest (too many Excellents...
