I stayed here for two days whilst at a conference at the ICC and the location is ideal with great car parking. The standard double rooms are a bit grey/black and the lighting quite odd. A bit like the old 90s black furnishings fad. However the bed was amazing and very comfortable. There is a small gym and this was...

this hotel has a cold atmosphere. the rooms are absolutely massive, however really cold- grey walls, grey bathroom. the location is perfect- as its literally in the mailbox shopping centre, Breakfast was really good, shame I was in a hurry! however- I would not choose to come here with boyfriend or family. it is ok for business.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here for 2 nights on business. This stay was in early Dec. Check in was a little slow .....I think I arrived at the same time as a minibus because although there were 2 ladies on check in it still took 10 minutes. At the end of a long day not great but...

I was very hungry by 9pm and so ordered the shoulder of lamb plus chips and side vegetables. The lamb was dry and not longer than my fork!, thank god I had brought my own food too, to the hotel!, at £20 for this meal , to say I was ripped off is an understatement! Don't eat from the room...

Great hotel situated in The Mailbox in the centre of Birmingham. We had a room on the 6th floor and it was very nice. Breakfast was good too, if your room is breakast inclusive it will be continental but you can pay 2 quid to have anything off the hot menu too. We parked in the mailbox, it was 17...

Very pleased that we had a hotel that was in such a great location. It was walking distance to the German xmas market and shopping centers. The rooms were tastefully decorated with a minimalist feel. The rooms and Bathrooms were spacious and the hotel had lots going on for entertainment. Would definitely go back 😊

Stayed here on a business trip recently for 2 nights. Room was very spacious but bathroom very ordinary in comparison. Robes are not provided unless you pay £15 and then they are very tatty. The towels also looked a little elderly. Our tea tray was not refreshed for the second night. We even had to ask for clean mugs. The...

Much to commend this hotel. Definitely up- market in terms of rooms, bathrooms and fittings. Spacious rooms, well equipped bathroom and comfortable bedding, good lighting and good tv. We did not find the restaurant as good. Very busy at the weekend and we were turned away dismissively on Sunday at 2.00 being told we are fully booked for the rest...

Great central hotel, chose it because has car parking at The Mailbox which is next to hotel ( you get discounted rate) Good choice of restaurants in Mailbox and hotel is a good central location. Only 10 mins walk to New St station & the Bullring.
