As your room details are not included and we did not actually have any room booked in the name written on your review I am not able to proceed to investigate your feedback. I would be grateful for more details, t enable further investigation.

A friend of mine booked my room here on my behalf and, when I read the reviews earlier in the week, I was completely dreading my stay. I was dreading it so much that my husband was on standby to come and fetch me if necessary. I was totally expecting to be giving a minimum star rating. However, the building,...

Second time I stayed here (it's v cheap). Don't let the security guard at entrance put u off. "Interesting" herbal smell in our corridor. Whatever, eh?! Didn't offend us. Go for 4th floor. Clean bedding. Shower good. Lovely helpful staff. Breakfast good. I would stay here again.

Yes it is a work in progress as we work to bring all 249 rooms up to the standard you enjoyed, small single room, clean and tidy, very comfortable. (and very reasonably priced) Our is possibly the only hotel so close, and just a 10 minute...

After staying at this hotel for two nights with my family, I was pleased to see the back of it. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The building resembles a frightening institution and the decor is bland, broken and lifeless. The location is run down (reinforced by lingering groups of predominantly young...
