Stayed here again for an Aston Villa match and again everything went smoothly! Arrived early and the rooms were ready for us. Room 321 this time and as per my last visit it was great. Shared with one of the lads and there were two double beds which were very comfy. Room had everything we wanted! The bar area is...

Went with my wife and eldest son to see Rod Stewart at the NIA and by error booked this Hampton By Hilton instead of Broad Street. Rooms were very comfortable, no traffic noise, only drawback was no restaurant facilities in the evening but there is a Domino's Pizza a few doors away. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A pint...

Stayed in March, found a bag of drugs in the room when I checked in which I assume were either not cleaned up or the cleaners left in the room. Complained and my complaint was dismissed - terrible service with such a serious issue.

Great Room, facilities and Breakfast! Highly recommended. Staff very helpful and happy too! Clean room with no issues. Free Wifi (which is fast). Breakfast is great, no shortages and very clean. Recommend this hotel to anyone. Parking is pay on site, however, free in the evenings across the road after 6pm.

This is a great value hotel. It was spotlessly clean and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - a good choice and everything I needed. Kids will love the waffles! The staff are fabulous nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely stay again!

The Hampton by Hilton Birmingham North is just amazing...... Perfectly located for doing business in the city centre being located right next to the St Paul's tram stop ....£1 into the city and frequent service...brilliant. Is the Hampton a deluxe hotel....no.....but it is beautifully clean.....welcoming.....great service from all the staff and very comfortable. I use this hotel on many occasions...

Easy to check in, use of internet and fitness centre facilities on a Monday morning before work was a plus. Kind and understanding staff. Could have been better prepared for room bedding and towels prior to arrival of the guests. Good hotel for a short stay, nonetheless.

I'm in Birmingham to train staff funnily enough on customer service and experience whilst reviewing the service of your hotel for my company. Disappointed by Dee's attitude is an understatement. To be spoken to in such a rude and aggressive manor is not what people want or expect, especially from such an establishment. At first I thought it was just...

Stayed here for five nights 2 - 7 April having previously enjoyed a stay at the HBH in York. First impressions were poor as we walked from Birmingham city center = takes a good 10 minutes. The hotel is in a run down area. The outer and inner doors were filthy and not cleaned for six days! Had to wait...
