Drove down to Birmingham from London for the night, the check in was fairly easy, had to pay for car park though (most premier inn's are free parking).. but no biggie was only a fiver. The room itself was lovely! Could not fault it, Soft bed slept like a baby, the heating was good too as it was very cold...

This is a perfect place to stay if visiting the Barclay Card Arena.(NIA) The staff were very efficient and welcoming. Room was clean and welcoming. No problem if you need extra coffee, milk etc. and a good breakfast in a very clean ans spacious area. The only thing stopping a top score was the fact we had trouble trouble finding...

My wife and I stayed here for two nights, to visit Birmingham and particularly the Frankfurt Christmas Market. I have stayed in this (and other) Premier Inns many times over the years. It is comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel has a small restaurant and breakfasts are good - and good...

Arrived later than anticipated due to train delay. Having pre-booked in online the check-in was quite efficient. Room allocated was to the usual standard, very quiet location and overlooking side street. Had a good nights sleep and then walked to nearby pub for breakfast as did not want the large buffet offered.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. It is in a quiet area but only a short walk from all the places to eat in Brindley Place and the centr of the city. The online check in made the stay hassle free.

Excellent first night stay. Unfortunately drunks were in the room above during the second night making a lot of noise between 3.00 and 5.0am. The porter was very helpful in this difficult situation. We were awarded a full refund in the morning by very courteous staff. We did stay 2 nights and the 1st night (Friday) was very good.

Used the hotel for a visit to the Barclaycard Arena, very convenient. We didn't ask for directions, hence a little difficult to find from Broad Street. Brindley place signs were a bit vague amidst road works.
