Lovely stay during half term hotel fully booked but still the staff spend time helping us get two rooms with a connecting door. Really appreciate all their help way above the call of duty.buffet breakfast and freshly cooked breakfast lovely and the girls loved the warm pancakes.

The room.was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, but the room was just too hot and.no instructions ti turn off the heating, which staff daid we could have done the following morning. Staff helpful and friendly and good security, but slightly dubious location

For my twin brother and my birthdays (we are identical twins!) we met in Birmingham for an overnight stay with our wives at the Premier Inn. What an excellent choice, good sized rooms, comfortable beds and amazing service. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The staff made the visit special. We all had a continental breakfast which was really good...

Close to the Syhomany hall which makes it a great location. Small car park which is on a first come basis. We arrived at 3 on a Friday and had no problem parking. Good breakfast. However our room faced the seemingly quiet road but we were woken at 4.53am from people going home and loud music. We had a full...

What you see is what you get with premier inn. Comfy room, good position and friendly receptionist. But as usual very stingy with tea and coffee. We didn't eat here as there is so much choice out and about but the restaurant looked clean and spacey. I will use this hotel again for the Christmas market.

The hotel was fine, standard premier inn good quality room. was really annoyed to come back to my car the following afternoon to find a parking ticket stuck to my front windscreen. on the previous day I paid £7 at the machine for 24 hours car parking. The parking...

Stayed here twice in Feb 17. £30 one weekend, £60 next weekend. Lesson ...... book early for the best deal. Great location - just off Broad Street. £7 parking charge is less than other local car parks. Quiet, modern, comfortable. Buffet breakfast.

Surprisingly quiet given the location. This is well placed for concert hall, theatre, clubs restaurants etc. A bit drab and souless during the day in February. Usual high standard PI room. Sadly, usual PI lack of somewhere comfortable to sit too. The sofa was made up as a bed so only a hard back chair to use. Car park is...

The hotel itself is great for the Barclaycard arena it was a five minute walk and was clean comfortable. We had a good sleep and there was parking at the hotel I think was 5 pound for 24 hours but you don't need to drive anywhere lots of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The staff were friendly and the...
