Far too noisy, with most of the noise coming from other tenants of the Premier Suites. Far, far too hot. Not overly-clean. Pile of soiled bedlinen and towels left by lift throughout our four-day stay.
My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend a night in one of the apartments in this great hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt a little special! The check in was easy, and informative and the staff were very pleasant and cheerful. Our room was nothing short of exceptional. Clean, tidy and very spacious with all the amenities you would expect from a 5* hotel! We were fortunate enough to have an apartment on the top floor, with French doors leading out to a large patio, with stunning views of the city! Would recommend the small charge for the secure car parking on site. Certainly would stay here again when we are in the area, or even any of their many locations across the country or indeed abroad, if the same standard is the norm! …
Room beyond expectations were very clean and tidy. Staff very supportive and helpful. Cleaning can be requested as and when if you are staying for longer time. Very near to Bull ring one of the biggest advantage. Overall good experience !!
The apartment is in great location - very near to bullring market - we went to the mall to look around. Parking problem is expected, but the apartment has a few parking space you can just register your vehicle with the reception to get free parking. There are also a few parking space around which is free after office hours. Bedrook is comfortable, living is spacious, and security with password access only downstairs.…
Basic bordering on substandard. Location isn’t too bad, just a few minutes walk from New Street, right by Chinese quarter and opposite indoor bull market, but interior of apartment is at best functional, no soft furnishings, noting on walls, far too many auto shut doors makes it very claustrophobic. The finishing on the bathroom was abysmal (see picture), no hot water one morning either. The front door had been jemmied open (see picture) and the fire alarm klaxon at the indoor market went off for 26 consecutive hours despite my attempts to encourage the police to summon the council keyholders. All in all, an experience to forget. …
