New rooms, crazy cocktails and great food. All together with the friendly and professional staff we have grown used to. A really lovely hotel, perfect for a romantic break. They also provide the best afternoon tea with beautiful touches.

Went for our grandaughter's 16th birthday with family/friends. Superb experience; dramatic use of dry ice and lovely pallet cleanser which really helps to appreciate the different courses. I would be really happy to visit again and hope to do so very, very soon. Planning to treat

My daughter and I entered The Edgbaston reception area which was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. We were warmly welcomed and immediately shown to our table.
The decor was dark and decadent and the Christmas theme carried into the dining/bar area.

Can you do the afternoon tea gluten free?
Oooh I don’t know, I’m afraid. There were non-bread and non-cake elements but I’d send them an email.

Do all rooms have showers ?
I believe so. There are only 6 bedrooms in total and the 2 I stayed in had the roll top bath at the end of the bed and then the en-suite with a walk-in shower.

Is there a dress code for the cocktail lounge? Are dark skinny jeans allowed? Thanks
Good evening, I believe you can wear what you like within reason. Depending on your event and where you off to after Tea...you could wear your jeans, nice blouse, heels or boots. Again, you could wear a nice frock and heels. Be relaxed.

I believe all the rooms are en-suite, however I only went for afternoon tea, so I would suggest checking the website.
