    Hallmark Hotel Birmingham is centrally located and easy to get to. The hotel is close to Birmingham city centre and offers plenty of free parking on site with an internal and external car park. Free, superfast WiFi is also available throughout the hotel available to all guests. Hallmark Hotel Birmingham has 135 bedrooms including 18 Executives Refurbished in 2018 and 17 new classic Twin/Double bedrooms refurbished in 2017 with 53 new City Double bedrooms created in 2016. The hotel also has lots of great facilities including a Hallmark Grill, bar and lounge, a small gym for hotel guests, 7 air-conditioned meeting rooms for up to 170 delegates.

    Great greeting at reception however room was not clean, informed reception of long black hair and n the bathroom (,definitely not mine I've short white hair!)when l returned to room it had been cleaned however reappeared so can only think the carpet was full of the hair and l was walking them into the bathroom, Disgusting!     We had a great one night stay – with 3 course meal. Easy to get to location out of the main hustle and bustle of the city centre (free parking too). We were given an executive room upgrade to a wonderful spacious room with a fab view on the 7th floor. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful and keen for us to be happy with our stay. The 3 course meal and breakfast were good too.…

    Arrived quite late on a Saturday but parking was still available which was good. Check in was quick and easy with no problems. Was upgraded for free which was a nice touch. Room was modern, clean and looked after Would stay again at this hotel in that room type The only thing I would say is the shower controls are a little confusing but that is a small thing for me.     Wonderful Staff, very clean, perfectly run Hotel.
    I had a lovely stay here and will definitely stay again next time I visit. The staff were polite, professional and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. Although a little tired, my room was spotless and comfortable and everything worked, which is a novelty in my experience! The lifts, corridors and communal areas were well maintained and clean. I really enjoyed my meal, the food was delicious, the service was perfect. Please thank the staff who worked evening of 27/09, they were so kind and helpful. A very pleasant stay.     One night stay.
    Hotel is perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. OK room could be a bit larger but it was clean and comfortable for the priced payed compared with other hotels advertised in the area. Breakfast only £6 when booked at check in and value for money. Staff quick and efficient with mention to the chap serving at the bar on Saturday night who seemed happy to serve till the early hours.     Is there other parking places in the grounds of the hotel rather than using the multi story? Or must you use the multi?
    Hi, yes there is an external carpark by the side of the building

    The car park inside the building is wide enough for two cars

    I'm thinking about booking next Saturday , is it true I need to give a 150 deposit including damages? That's what it says on hotels.c.o.m. if this us true I won't bother.
