Drove to the hotel for a one night work stopover, firstly I needed help to find a car park so pulled over outside and phoned the hotel, I was a bit surprised at the premium rate message but the cost didn't matter as they didn't answer the phone. Parked up and walked in to ask and got a nice receptionist...

As a last minute cheap hotel I can't complain. The room was clean An everything was as expected. On arrival the night porter was slightly rude and ignored us but when the reception came he was very polite and welcoming. I'd say the hotel is dated but for £54 I wasn't going to complain, they was very helpful with parking...

This hotel is very bad. The Room was very dirty when first time I entered. Dust is everywhere. All furniture seemed to be rusty and old. I booked for double bed, but the size of the bed was so small. Even my bed at home is bigger. As a result, I just left that hotel without staying over. I regret...

I would of given 0 stars if it was an option. I have never stayed in such a hotel. It is in desperate need of renovations. My room had carpet on the top of the desk and very old carpet at that. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the cups for the coffee had a thick film of greece inside....

Visited this hotel for second time in five months. Cheapest hotel in Coventry. Very central to local transport and shopping area. Right next to famous Coventry spires. Had room 334, they upgraded us to executive double. Had hydromassage bath. Furnishings rather shabby, but room clean and roomy. Air conditioning motor was next to the room. Very noisy. From 09.00 -...

The room was scruffy grubby. The bed was held up by 2x2 legs. The desk man was defensive and arrogant. The barman charged me 3 diffrent prices for the same drink. He was downright rude. I paid £153 for 2 nights. What a disgrace this place is

The Room was decent and twin room however they forgot we had another person staying with us. It wasn't the best the put a mattress on the floor and sheets with it and thats it nothing much more to...

Depending what room you get, will make your stay good or bad. I was lucky and had one overlooking the cathedral with a balcony. They have spend some money recently updating and had a nice leather sofa and glass furniture. It was already showing signs of wear with cigarette burns, even in non smoking room. The tables although looked fancy,...

Wow, what a terrible hotel! I mean, it wasn't the worst. It was reasonably clean. But no wi-fi in the rooms? And even in the public places, where there is supposed to be wi-fi, the quality was terrible and it kept dropping in and out. Front desk staff slow and unhelpful, as if they don't care at all about guest...
