Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Exactly what I’ve come to expect of Travelodge. Lovely clean comfortable room. Great service from Dulce. She could not have been more friendly, helpful and polite. If you want great value and a smiling face then I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

This place where it is located, you have access to Burger King, KFC and Petrol station all next door within each other. Inside of the petrol station, it is quite a big store where you can buy foods, drinks and other items. This make Travelodge uniquely more advantage than other hotels. It is off A27 which make it very accessible to get to motorway and also to get to the hotel via A27. Customer service is especially helpful and friendly. Very down to earth. Duice and her supervisor and many other their staff that I have meet are amazing people with work it. They will look after you as long as you let them know what you need and will try the best as they can to accommodate your need just like many other Travelodge do. Another Travelodge that is almost identical to this one is at Travelodge Littlehampton where at that place also have Burger King, Subways anda petrol station of relatively smaller than this on at Fontwell.

Rooms very clean, staff are very helpful including dulce who is absolutely lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the area there’s a garage burner king and a kfc on the site also so it’s good for food as well.

I stayed here for one night and found the housekeeping staff to be very helpful and attentive. However my visit was marred the following morning due to overhearing a member of the management shouting and berating several members of staff behind the closed staffroom door. This was totally unacceptable and embarrassing. I mentioned this to the receptionist and asked who the duty manager was. I was informed that the duty manager that day was called "Dulce" I would urge Travelodge to take disciplinary action against this manager and have her re-trained accordingly.

Dulce on reception was amazing! She greeted us with a huge smile and nothing was too much trouble for her. An ironing board was whisked to our room and she advised us where we could get food etc. The hotel was perfect for us and super clean.

We have often stayed at this hotel because there is nothing to dislike. The room is always spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and nice fluffy pillows. Dulcie and Seth and all the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. They do Travelodge proud. On top of that, there is free parking. Will we stay here again? You bet!
