Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

£14 with electric makes it good value, toilets were not new but were clean, plenty of hot water, close mown touring pitches, wildlife loves to visit also. nice little site convenient to visit the wetlands reserve, Arundel castle and other local places. if I need to be picky its the residential pitches, this lets the site down. looks unkempt, and scruffy. and unfortunately its staring you in the face. spoke to a lovely lady who resides there, and she was very friendly. there's a little road noise but not excessive, been to far worst campsites. would definitely return. take cash with you or you may have to dash across the roundabout to the garages cashpoint.

i visited this camp site in my transporter van, with a view to maybe coming for a weekend with some friends who have a tent. i love arundel and thought it would be lovely to spend the weekend there. The camp site is very cheap, I arrived on friday afternoon and told the lady on the phone that I would be there and what time. on arrival the reception was closed, I initially and no idea what to do, then someone appeared and said they were going out and would be back in an hour and a half, I was quite pleased they directed me to a pitch, or i would have spent that time waiting in the car park. the site is perfect spot for visiting the beautiful Arundel, its a short walk down the road on a pathway to the centre, which is beautiful. the camp site has a toilet and shower block which needs some work, the floor and surfaces are just concrete, so look dirty. A few tikes a lick of paint and a little clean and this site would be lovely. Probably would go back but only for a night and wouldnt use the showers, as we didn't on our visit. Lovely spot and nice pub nearby..

We stumbled across this little jewel by accident in 2010 and have been back at least twice a year ever since. The owners are very friendly and everyone is made to feel welcome. The campsite itself is not big but there are plenty of electric hookups and water. My husband and I pitch a tent and the ground is generally manageable and well tended. The town of Arundel is about 10-15 minutes walk away with a variety of lovely pubs, boutiques and restaruants/deli and of course Arundel castle which is fab. In the Summer you can book to see the Shakespere theatre company performing at the castle. There's also the main train line to Brighton and Worthing for those venturing further a field.

The camp was very quiet, in fact we were the only ones booked for an overnight stop. Toilet/shower block very clean and modern. Slight slope to whole site but nothing to worry about with small chocks. Good supply of both water and electric hook ups. Located next to to a Beef Eater restaurant. Only problem we found it a bit difficult to leave the site and then turn right, due to a very busy main road. Will us again

Wanted to see the sites that Arundel offers. This camp site was ideal. Close to town so can walk everywhere (about 15mins). Campsite was clean and tidy. Toilet block looked recently decorated (this season, at least). Showers were ok and did the job. Any mess/uncleanliness was due to camp site guests, but nothing major to worry about. Plenty of space to pitch up and park your car. Ground reasonably flat so ok for sleeping. Beefeater restaurant next door which was very good. Would definitely return to this camp site and recommend to others for as a cheap and ideal location.

This is a touring caravan site near Arundel. It is used by quite a lot of foreign tourists as an overnight stop on their way to somewhere else in the South of England. We used it as a base for exploring parts of the South Coast, Littlehampton, Worthing, Arundel and Chichester. It is quite close to the main road and can be a little tricky to spot the entrance. It is on a busy road but not too noisy at night, but exiting the site turning right is tricky easier to turn left then round the roundabout. Facilities were all clean and well maintained, campsite offered very good value for money. Owners very helpful and friendly. Bus stops outside the campsite taking you into Arundel or further afield to Chichester or even Brighton although the last destination is a long journey on the bus!
