What a lovely small B&B in a lovely town. Robin & Jane are the perfect hosts and happy to help with advice on the local area, restaurants and things to do! It's located about a 15min walk from Chichester town centre. We had Room 1, it is spacious and well furnished with high quality bedding and a very comfortable bed!...

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and comfortable. The room was warm and cosy - bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and set us up until tea time! Jane and Robin both charming and very helpful. We would come back.

It's basically down to location...

Also their knowledge of the area is great, and we got to see Bosham, which was due to Robin's advice. It is also an easy walk into the centre of ghe town....
