Great price and great reception staff. Room was as expected and actually really quiet considering it was near a major road, you wouldn't have known it. Loads of free parking. Has a starbucks next door which is the quietest starbucks branch ever I think - but all the better for it! Also near a garage which sells most things you...

An easy booking system. Quick checking in and out. Provided with assistance when asked. The village of Emsworth nearby is lovely. The surrounding area is very good, with easy access to Chichester and Arundel.

Nice stay but as ever the folding beds are awful, its like sleeping on a divan base rather than a mattress. My son folded to quilt around him so he was laying on part of it to make it slightly more comfy. Think the sofas were actually better quality!!

I booked my family for one nights stay in a family room. We had everything we needed for a base to explore the area. There was apparent traffic noise from the motorway but this was not disruptive. As the hotel is located next to a petrol station on part of a dual carriageway, you have to drive one way for...

Not bad at all if you've booked well ahead and paid peanuts. Pros - Cheap, free parking, petrol station shop, & Costa Coffee. Cons - On the eastbound carriageway of the A27, which is great if your heading east, but quite a drive if travelling east to west. The bloke in the room upstairs sounded like he liked Riverdance !...

"in the middle of nowhere" + no restaurant, just Costa coffee (deserted) and garage shop .... "Free WIFI" may as well have not existed - Facebook refused to work with it, flagging up high security risk

Stayed last weekend as a base for Goodwood Members Meeting, very very clean, needed a couple of things on arrival, nothing was to much trouble, close to Havant and Chichester, good restaurants, highly recommended.

good location except if you wanted to travel in the direction of Portsmouth afterwards, it is a bit inconvenient to have to go to Chichester to the next available roundabout. No decent food available but some good eataries at Chichester, so there was some point in travelling the extra distance. on site there is only a Starbucks, ok for a...
