Had a nice weekend in Chichester visiting family. Had tried the "branded" hotels but either full or silly money. Did a search and came across the Woolpack, I used toi live in the area so knew more or less where it was. We were able to check in early (midday) and were able to drop off bags and get to...

Room was OK, but the on suite shower/toilet smelt a bit of damp.Breakfast was "spot on " The advert said no wi fi , except for public areas. We asked for a pass word, and found that the wi fi would work, at reasonable speeds, in the bed room, which is a seperate building to the pub

I visited this wonderful carvery on my way back to London and the food was stunning - succulent meat, packed full of flavour, amazing roast potatoes & Yorkshire pudding and delicious vegetables, gravy and sauces. Had I not been full, I could have kept on eating this forever. It was very busy, which is always a good sign and very...

Rooms were very basic, clean and functional, although the pub (where meals are taken) is a bit tired and in need of a bit of a refurbishment. Staff were pleasant and the meals were reasonable. Service was ok. for this type of establishment. Would use it again at a push.

I had not booked to stay in this B&B. This B&B was a replacement for a double booking at the Horse & Groom. The room was functional. It was clean and tidy and offered the basic requirement for travelling, i.e. shower, tea & coffee making facilities, ironing board and iron, etc. Breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Stayed here with friends for Glorious Goodwood. The accommodation is in a purpose built building in the gardens. My room was quite large , clean with a TV and Kettle. The bed was comfortable but every time you sat on the bed or moved there was a twang from the springs. The shower had plenty of hot water but every...

It's not a great welcome, as the reception is at the end of the bar. The Woolpack inn itself is a little shabby, the rooms are in a newish single story building next to the Inn. There is very large car-park, which unfortunately is not only used by hotel guests! The rooms are perfectly adequate. The problem is the noise...

Haven't stayed in anything this bad since the 70's. "Greeted' by what I assume was the lady owner. Massive pregnant pause when we stepped up to the bar on our arrival...................'Hello, we booked for a one night stay'.......................................Lady tapped the keys of her computer - barely made eye contact let alone a hello, thought she was going to say computer...

I stayed here with a friend on 2nd August for 1 night. Thank the universe it was only 1 night. We payed £65 for a twin room. Very very basic. Bed was horrible, uncomfortable, damp to the touch. Handle on door not fixed, door to bathroom didn't shut. One tiny bottle of water for 2 people. No biscuits. Cobwebs on...
