We have been several time here, for Sunday lunches, a wedding and kids parties and every time it has always been excellent! The carvery is particularly good - lots to choose from and plenty given (the pie is gawgus)! All tables spread out and sanitisers in place.

We stayed at the Steeton Hall Hotel for two nights as we were in the area visiting family, who only live a few minutes drive away. The Hotel has many characterful features and charm and the room was a good size with high ceilings. The hotel had implemented all the necessary policies to make the place safe during the current Covid-19 pandemic and we were really impressed with how clean it was, with hand sanitizers available on every corridor. We were met with a welcoming smile and the lady who served us breakfast was polite and professional. The Full English breakfast was actually one of the best we've ever had! All in all we had a great stay and were able to relax in the hotel having spent most of the day out with family. We would definitely recommend a stay here and will be checking in again soon.

The website made this look like a nice place. However, I had to deal with bad service, management, and food. My room was dirty. The manager didn't seem to care about the feedback, instead trying to blame me for what I'd experienced.

Evening meal was spot on lovely. It came quickly and was hot and really tasty. Breakfasts also fabulous. No buffet service, all waitress, but fabulous choice and excellent sausages! Decor a little dated (for my taste), but everything spotlessly clean.
