Stayed here for a few weeks as my boss wanted somewhere cheap for us to stay whilst working away from home...... oh.my.god. what an absolute dump, the place stinks, it's old and tacky, my bedding stank of feet, the carpet was fuilthy, the curtains are stained, windows are smashed in and I wouldn't let a dog stay here. This however... More

This is a dump. The first thing you smell when you arrive is urine and bowel motions. It's freezing cold. The room I stayed in room 1. Smelt of wee and had a bowel motion in the corner. I slept in a sleeping bag as the sheets were filthy. The floor was stained and there was a needle stuck in... More

Seemed cheap enough, arrived and the promised tea and coffee facilities consisted of a kettle, so had to go and buy coffee, milk and even some plastic cups. The reason we booked this place was because we were going out for a night in a club in Leeds, and needed to get a few hours sleep before driving home to... More

Booked 2 rooms and then read reviews so I cancelled 3 days prior to stay which means there is no fee. Unfortunately for them they still took payment out my bank lol. The reason I am laughing is that I taped me call when cancelling and sent an email as I did not trust them. Just rang them up now... More

Stayed in this B&B for a night and we were told that there will not be any breakfast due to the B&B lounge is under refurbishment. I also asked the assistant that whether the price will be reduced but unfortunately it was not the case. Very disappointed that they are not honest even on the phone. They could have just... More

Stayed here for one night..I really wouldn't recommend it even though it's only £40 per night for a double room. The room was less than basic, with a dirty old carpet, filthy nets at the window that were like cardboard to touch, the valence sheets were dirty and stained! The towels were fusty and hard. It was more like digs... More

OMG what a shock!!, DIRTY SHEETS AND QUILT COVER WITH MAKE UP ON! facilities dirty, I couldn't eat breakfast as I was worried about hygiene. The good comments on here must be friends or families of the owners...do not waste your money

Visited briefly a couple of days ago with a colleague who was staying there to see if what he told us was true. As we approached his room after work he found it wide open and is convinced he closed it behind him. The room was cold and smelly with old bed linen on the beds and the decor was... More

Booked this hotel in advance, travelled over an hour and half to be told they no longer have any rooms left and couldn't accommodate us. At this point all hotels in Leeds had sold out and we were stranded. It was dark, raining and they wouldn't open door to us initially.. We had to call them and persuade them to... More
