This hotel is close enough to the centre and train station to be handy yet just far enough away to be quiet. The triple glazing does help too. The room was immaculate and had the basic neccessities for a short stay. Tgi fridays also handy next door. Top marks to the reception and housekeeping for retrieving my left behind handbag...

Well its located in a good central location, but that's about it's only saving grace. The hotel is old and tired, below normal Premier Inn standard. No dedicated bar or breakfast facilities, just an adjoining door to a TFI Fridays. Sounds OK, but the TFI is more expensive for drinks and breakfast is poor when compared to a normal Premier...

We stayed here for 2 nights December the 4th and 5th. The stay was brilliant, room was very clean and spacious as usual, reception staff were very very helpful. This hotel is great value and is only a 5 minuet walk away from the centre. Parking is available at the hotel and is only 4:50 a night great value for...

During 4 days stay, room was not once cleaned. I had to request the room to be serviced and cleaned and have bedding changed. My request was denied and head of housekeeping basically called me a lair saying her girls would have done it. I will be speaking to Head Office to file complaint as complaint made but not heard...

Hi David Thanks for taking the time to share your review. I'm sorry to read of your disappointment with your stay. I can confirm that in line with our brand standards, a full clean of the room (bedding changed etc) is done every 4th day on stays that are longer than 4 nights. A light clean (bins emptied, cups and...

We have stayed at this particular premier inn many times before and have never had any problems. The staff are always pleasant and obliging and the rooms are always clean and tidy. This hotel is ideal for shopping in Leeds as it is only half a mile from city centre. Parking is now charged for but is only £4 for...

Overall good value for money. 10 min walk to city centre. Hair dryer, tea coffee and extra pillow large double comfortable bed. Reason not giving 5 stars be careful booking online. I added £3 charity donation and was charged £6 when I booked in. I was asked if I had proof of what my room cost but I didn't. The...

Decent location and bedrooms typical for Premier Inn. Staff here were great but they couldn't solve the issues. The old heating system simply couldn't heat the rooms and the wifi kept dropping which made online meetings impossible. There is no Premier Inn restaurant so you need to like TGI Friday food if you need to dine out close by. There's...

Me and my wife stayed 2-4 December. All of the staff on duty was exceptionality friendly. They made the weekend better. The hotel itself was clean tidy and just the right distance from the centre so it wasn't noisy. We wasn't bothered about the breakfasts because there is many good choices in the centre. My only complaint is a silly...

It's a premier inn and does exactly what it says on the tin. Rooms were really quiet for such a city centre location 5 minute walk into the city centre. Parking available. They don't serve breakfast (there's a TGIs next door) however you're in the centre of Leeds we had no issues finding a lovely breakfast.
