Sunday a day everyone looks forward to....we had Sunday lunch booked in for 2pm and I have to say I left disappointed. The service was very poor, for the quality of the restaurant, young staff who didn't want to be there, extremely slow service and in some cases a lack of manners. The food was average at best and again...

First impressions were of a very shabby room and furniture but at least it was clean...........although the shower cubicle was so badly stained it wasnt very tempting to step in. The worst issue for us was the traffic noise (very hot night window open) and the noise from the kitchen below the rooms. The kitchen staff thought it was ok...

A late evening flight was delayed and we did not arrive at the hotel until almost midnight though had phoned to say we would be delayed. Thank you to the member of staff who kindly waited up for us and brought us to the room which was spotlessly clean and equipped with kettle, a variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate...
