Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights! No complaints at all! Staff were lovely and helpful, got taxi number and advice on where to go! One of your lovely staff members mentioned she had a 2 year old! Wish we’d got her name !rooms were clean! Bed and shower were amazing, breakfast was good!

We were a party of two couples, Our rooms were well presented and stock with every thing we needed. The price of a two course evening meal and breakfast was well worth it. Alcohol prices average. All members of staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant at all times this is including the housekeeping staff. The duty manager Rosita was excellent running the floor ensuring everyone was looked after. 10 star service hope to stay again.

Well where do I start?

I have stayed at a few Premier Inns previously but this stay was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing.

I went with my partner.

We arrived on 24/12/21 and stayed until 27/12/21.

On arrival we were greeted by a gentleman who was thorough and quick with giving us info needed whilst we stayed.

On the first day it was very hard to get hold of an iron because most people had already borrowed them. I decided to ask again the next day but again there wasn’t any. I then decided to check the next day when people had checked out. A female staff member went searching and managed to find an iron and board for me.

Anything that we needed we merely asked and was given any essentials.

I did ask for my room to be cleaned however now covid has been brought in to affect they only did that after 3 days. This ended up being fine in the end because we were able to get the items we wanted anyways, we just had to sort it ourselves.

Cleanliness

I have been told by others who rated the Premier Inn chain of hotels as 2* but me personally after this stay at this one that I would say it was a 3* with a high level of service and clean premises inside and out. If this chain had a spa area and pool it could be up there with 4* ratings.

Food

I only had the premier in breakfast and continental so am only able to comment on that. Again due to covid they took our room number however they then took our order for a hot breakfast. This was really good because it was of personal choice and not touched by others, fresh and I like my meat well done so I was able to have this.

All in all this was a fantastic stay over the Christmas 2021 period. I would stay here again. Thanks

Having previously stayed at the elland road premier inn, myself and my partner returned last week to attend a sporting event nearby, upon arrival I noticed that the car park and entrance way was very clean amd tidy.

Checking was a breeze with very helpful and friendly staff even with a warm response, the bedrooms were very pleasant with a super comfortable bed with staff available if any assistance was needed

Good food at a reasonable price with a straight forward menu.

Nothing seemed to be too much trouble great customer service .

Will return in future as needed

2 night stay while working on Transplant Games, hosted in Leeds. Very busy, not enough staff to cope. Only 1 bath towel between us, additional plus hand towel requested, arrived afternoon following day. Requested room tidy at breakfast, didnt happen.
Food differed in quality. Purchased meal deal as worked out cheaper. Night 1 ordered gammon, lovely piece of butchers cut gammon. With this in mind, ordered same again 2nd night, this time a thin hard supermarket style slice! Most of it got left.
Room was too warm, usual duvet on bed! Would have asked for top sheet instead but knew it would not arrive as 2 staff trying to check in guests while doing food bookings and work the bar. Aircon was too noisy to have on all night and we were above outdoor bin area and aircon units so could not leave window open.
Served its purpose but stayed in a lot better premier inns

When I booked the hotel I requested an accessible room as my husband walks with the aid of crutches. The room itself was fine however the “ accessible bathroom “ was a different matter. The shower is over the bath, my husband simply wasn’t able to have a shower the whole week we were there, he is unable to lift his legs to get into the bath, even with my help he couldn’t get in because he would not be able to pull himself up or balance in the shower. We obviously spoke to staff at reception only to be told there are absolutely no walk in showers or wet rooms in the hotel. I’m sure this set up must contravene the Disability Discrimination Act , once again a bathroom designed by people who have got absolutely no idea of the needs of disabled people. Come on Premier Inn , get your act together and offer facilities fit for purpose for customers with disabilities !!

The hotel is located on a business estate and was a nightmare to find, even with a sat nav.

The hotel has plenty of parking which is always a plus although the actual hotel could use some cosmetic work. The cigarette bins were overflowing, the tables outside never seem to actually get cleared of glasses (except for whoever was clanking them loudly at 4am this morning!)

The room was very clean, but the bed was horrendously creaky, which woke me throughout the night. The TV only has a couple of channels and kept switching itself on and off.

I had dinner in the restaurant which was okay. Menu stated skin on chips but they were clearly cheap oven chips. Gammon was way over cooked and could barely cut it with the blunt knife I was given. Staff were friendly and attentive though.

The biggest negative I had about my stay was the chef on the evening of 11/09/22. Sitting in the restaurant, I could hear every word he was saying and it was very unpleasant. Guests really shouldn't have to hear the chef having some sort of tantrum. It's also inappropriate for the waiting staff to yell from the dining room, through to the chef in the kitchen. Every order was yelled, along with the staff's opinion of what was being ordered. This happened constantly during my meal and it's a really horrible experience.

One of the great things about staying at a Premier Inn is breakfast. However, breakfast was a disappointment. There are very few options on both the cooked and continental breakfasts, certainly far less than any other Premier Inn I've stayed at.

Perfectly placed for Elland Road. We celebrated husbands birthday and team surprised us by decorating the table with balloons, bubbles and a little birthday cake and candles. We had lots of great chat over dinner and everyone appeared happy to see us during the ins and outs of our two night stay. We attend 4-5 Leeds games each season and always stay at this premier inn. Advice - book well in advance for match days, gets very busy.

Room spot on, clean, comfortable, good air con / heating, bed comfortable. The hotel was ideally situated for Elland road stadium. Ample free parking on site. Attached restaurant in reception served a varied menu and the bar was well stocked. The staff were very helpful, polite, and good fun.

This was a lovely overnight stay. It felt more like a 'family run 'B&B than part of a chain. Great atmosphere and friendliness of the staff and between themselves. But not intrusive. Self service breakfast was unrushed and staff kept the self service stocked up, even though we were later to breakfast.... We felt we hadn't 'missed out' on anything
